About Mindflow Marketing, an Atlanta SEO and AI Visibility Agency
I get established companies found on Google and named by the engines buyers now ask first: Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. I run every engagement myself, from one office in Atlanta, with the pricing published and the method readable before you spend a dollar.
Mindflow Marketing is a founder-led visibility agency in Atlanta that gets home-service companies found, cited, and recommended across Google Maps, organic search, and AI answers, measured quarterly in plain numbers.

Mindflow Marketing was founded by Youssef Hodaigui, twenty-five years in search, and he runs every engagement personally.
One office, in Atlanta, in Brookhaven. Everywhere else on this site is a service area and every one of those pages says so.
Every rate is on the pricing page. No quote call required to learn what this costs.
One company per metro in each service category. Your competitor cannot buy the same seat.
What is AI visibility, and how is it different from SEO?
AI visibility, also called answer engine optimization or AEO, is the practice of getting a business named inside AI-generated answers. SEO earns a ranked link a buyer clicks. AEO earns a mention inside the answer itself, in Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini, where no click may ever happen.
The two run on overlapping machinery. Google states that its generative features are rooted in its core Search ranking and quality systems, so a page has to be indexed and eligible before it can be quoted. Classic SEO is the floor, not an alternative to it.
What sits above that floor is different work. An assistant is choosing which businesses to name, and it draws on how clearly your company is defined as an entity, how consistently it is described across the web, what independent sources say about it, and whether your pages answer the question in a passage it can lift whole.
Nobody can force a recommendation. Mindflow Marketing builds the entity footprint, the citable pages and the review base the assistants draw on, then scores where you land on twelve frozen buying questions across three platforms each quarter, with the screenshots archived and dated.
The work narrowed over time rather than broadening. It started in general web and marketing and settled on a single question: why a business that deserves to be found is not, and what can be changed about that.
That question now has one more surface than it used to, because a growing share of buyers get an answer from a model rather than a list of links, and the mechanics of being named in that answer are different from the mechanics of ranking.
How is Mindflow Marketing actually set up?
Who does the work, where the company works from, and what it will put in writing. The record behind each one is below, and the dates come off the filings.
| Fact | What it is | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Founder’s start on the web | Youssef Hodaigui has been building for the web since 1999. | Mindflow Marketing record for its founder |
| Current company | The current company was started in 2020. | Mindflow Marketing company filings |
| Prior practice | Before that the practice ran under Effectus360, registered in Georgia in 2014 and since terminated, with the name retained as a registered trade name in Florida. | Mindflow Marketing company filings |
| Headquarters | Headquarters at 1418 Dresden Dr #310, Atlanta, GA 30319 (Brookhaven), by appointment. Verified Google Business Profile. | Mindflow Marketing company records and its Google Business Profile |
| Where the work reaches | Serving the Atlanta metro, Georgia, and the US Southeast, with clients nationwide. | Mindflow Marketing |
| Headcount | Mindflow Marketing is one practitioner. | Mindflow observation, not a published source |
What we read from that, and this part is our judgement rather than anything the sources state: a practice that has traded under two names since 2014 has an entity problem of its own to keep clean, and that is one reason the filings are printed here in full instead of summarised into a founding year.
One person, and the reasons that is written down here
Mindflow Marketing is one practitioner. There is no account manager between you and the work, no junior running the tasks a senior sold, and no pod. The person who writes the plan is the person who executes it and the person who reports on it.
That is worth stating plainly because it decides what this business is good at and what it is poor at. It is good at judgement, continuity and being answerable: nothing gets lost in a handover, and there is one name attached to every number on the tracking page.
It is poor at breadth and at speed under load. An agency with thirty people can put six of them on a launch next Monday. This one cannot, and pretending otherwise is how a solo practice ends up delivering late and calling it a process improvement.
The uncomfortable part: capacity is finite and the work compounds over quarters rather than weeks. If what you need is a large team on a short deadline, there are firms that do that well and this is not one of them. What we will and will not commit to is in the terms of engagement. The pricing page names the situations where we are the wrong call, before it names the price.
Youssef Hodaigui, building for the web since 1999. The person who writes the plan runs it.
About the founderThe standards this site holds itself to
Every one of these is checkable on this site rather than asserted about it. That is the point of listing them.
- Our own numbers are public, including the bad ones. The same twelve-question protocol we run for clients, run on ourselves, published at our own visibility page and starting from zero.
- Pricing is published. Figures, scope and the disqualifiers, with no form and no discovery call in front of them.
- No rankings guarantee. The reasoning is on its own page. Generated answers are probabilistic and nobody controls them.
- Clients are named only with written permission. Two of them, on the proof page, reported to the standard used in their own monthly reports.
- One real location, stated as such. Atlanta. Every other market on this site is a service area and every market page says so in its own words.
- Sources are cited and dated. Where a figure comes from somebody else’s research, that research is named, with its sample size and its publication date.
Sources: Mindflow Marketing company filings and records, and its Google Business Profile. The dates on this page were checked against the filings rather than reconstructed from memory, because a company whose product is entity accuracy has no business guessing at its own.
See where you stand — free checkWhat does Mindflow Marketing actually deliver?
Everything runs inside one partnership: Local SEO & Maps, SEO, Conversion (CRO), AI Visibility, and Reputation & Brand SERP, because your customers don’t search in silos, and the engines don’t rank in them either.
The method is the Entity Integration Framework, in owner language: name it, build it, get found, measure it, prove it. Every completed task lands on your Work Ledger. Visibility is reported as three numbers: map position, rankings, and Share of Answer, scored X/12.
We hold ourselves to the same standard: Our own visibility is tracked in public, our Pricing is published, and we don’t guarantee rankings, here’s why.
Local SEO and Google Maps
Google Business Profile work and map-grid tracking read across the whole metro, not off a single pin. A grid tells you whether you lose on trust signals or on distance, and those have different fixes.
Organic search
Technical foundations, site architecture and the searches that turn into high-ticket jobs, built from the work you actually closed. Pages built off a keyword tool rank you in counties your crews never drive to.
AI visibility and entity work
Entity disambiguation, organisation schema, knowledge-graph alignment and passages an assistant can lift whole. This decides whether ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews name you or a competitor.
Reputation and brand SERP
What a buyer and an assistant both see when they search your name: reviews, the brand page, and the outside sources that corroborate both, kept consistent so the description of you does not drift.
Conversion tracking
Calls and forms tracked through to the booked job. Visibility that never reaches one still costs you the months it took to build, and that bill never lands on an invoice.
Measurement you can audit
Share of Answer across twelve frozen buying questions, three platforms, three runs each, scored out of twelve with screenshots archived and dated.
Read the full methodRankings are never guaranteed. Anything we could not trace to a primary source is absent from this page, not estimated. The audit runs the same six layers described on the pricing page, and Share of Answer is scored quarterly.
How the first 90 days work
Every engagement opens with a diagnostic. The first 90 days set a baseline you can hold me to, fix what is structurally broken, and put the first measured movement on the record.
- Free Visibility Check. The twelve real buying questions for your trade, asked across Google Maps, Google and the assistants. You keep the screenshots, and no call is required.
- Local Visibility Audit. Crawlability and indexation, entity and schema state, map-grid position across your metro, review base, and the competitive gap. Written, with the working shown.
- Baseline measurement. Share of Answer scored before any work begins, so the starting number exists in writing and cannot be revised later.
- Foundations, weeks 1 to 6. Technical fixes, entity and organisation schema, Google Business Profile, and the pages that answer what your buyers actually ask.
- Authority and content, weeks 4 to 12. Citable pages, review systems, and the off-site corroboration assistants lean on when deciding whether a company is real.
- First remeasurement. The same twelve questions, the same conditions, scored against the baseline. Movement or no movement, both go in the report.
What has Mindflow Marketing actually produced?
Two clients have given written permission to publish their numbers, and every figure below names the client it belongs to. Precision Fenceworks is a Georgia fence company working four markets, verified live 2026-06-16. Fireside Antiques is an eCommerce antiques dealer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with Search Console and Ahrefs data pulled 2026-06-10.
| Market | Google map pack | Organic | What decides it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Athens / Bogart | Second | Third | Named by three of the four major assistants. Perplexity gives them as its first pick. |
| Alpharetta | Third | First | Beaten on distance, not on trust signals. |
| Atlanta | None reachable | 100,000+ impressions in 16 months | Their pin sits in Alpharetta. Proximity decides the Google map pack, and no page moves a building. |
| Lawrenceville / Gwinnett | None | Page one | There is no pin. Opening one is a property decision, not a marketing one. |

core terms ranking strong for Fireside Antiques, a second published client
FIRESIDE ANTIQUES · BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA
Five of eight tracked core terms ranking strong, with dining tables, armoires, mirrors and coffee tables all recovered to first position.
A national eCommerce catalogue, not a local service business, so it sits here as evidence of method. Search Console and Ahrefs data pulled 2026-06-10. Read the eCommerce record.
Atlanta is on this table as a loss, and it stays there. Taking it off would turn the other three markets into a method instead of a result.
Precision Fenceworks is a Georgia fence company that works Athens, Alpharetta, Atlanta and Gwinnett, and its pin sits in Alpharetta. Fireside Antiques trades from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. That is the whole published list, and I would rather point at it than at a case study nobody can check.
What we cannot show: revenue, lead volume and job values. Neither client’s permission covers it. So we cannot tell you whether this visibility became money, and we would rather say that than let a chart imply it. Two clients is not a large portfolio and we are not going to present it as one.
What does working with Mindflow Marketing cost?
Mindflow Marketing publishes every rate. A Visibility Check is free. A Local Visibility Audit is $3,500 to $7,500 and credits against your first invoice if you start a monthly partnership within 30 calendar days of delivery. The monthly partnership starts at $3,500 a month on a 90-day initial term, then runs month to month. No setup fee and no annual contract.
The credit caps at that first invoice and does not carry forward. At the bottom of the range a $3,500 audit against a $3,500 first month costs you nothing if you continue. At the top, a $7,500 audit against a $3,500 first month credits $3,500 and the remainder is spent. We would rather you ran that sum at your own desk than found it on an invoice.
The full ladder, with what sits inside each tier, is on the pricing page.

Mindflow Marketing works from Brookhaven across the Atlanta metro, covering Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Decatur, Chamblee, Doraville, Marietta, Smyrna, Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, Duluth and Lawrenceville, spanning Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb and Gwinnett counties. Beyond Georgia I run the same work in Florida, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina.
The thread running through the work is not a vertical. It is deal value and deliberation. Every engagement that fits has a customer worth enough that one won job pays for months of the work, and a buying journey long enough that search and AI answers sit inside it rather than beside it.
In practice that has meant home services most often, which is where the documented results are, alongside legal, specialty healthcare, considered-purchase eCommerce and B2B SaaS. A business selling a twenty dollar impulse purchase is a poor fit for this work at these fees, and would be better served spending the money on paid media.
Reading by trade: fencing, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door and remodeling. Statewide context sits in the Georgia market notes, the office itself is on the Atlanta office page, and every other metro is listed under markets.
About Mindflow Marketing: common questions
Who runs Mindflow Marketing?
Youssef Hodaigui runs it, twenty-five years in search, and he runs every engagement personally. No account manager sits between you and the work, and no junior runs the tasks a senior sold. One person writes the plan, does the work, and puts a name against every number in the report. That is the whole team.
Where is Mindflow Marketing based?
Atlanta. There is one office, in Brookhaven, and the work is served from there. Every other market on this site is a service area and every market page says so in its own words. We will not rent a mailbox in another city to look local, because a fake address is the kind of thing that gets a Google Business Profile suspended.
Which clients can you show me?
Two, both with written permission. Precision Fenceworks is a Georgia fence company working Athens, Alpharetta, Atlanta and Gwinnett, verified live 2026-06-16. Fireside Antiques is a Baton Rouge eCommerce dealer, with Search Console and Ahrefs data pulled 2026-06-10. Two clients is not a large portfolio and we are not going to present it as one.
How do you measure AI visibility?
Share of Answer. Twelve frozen buying questions for your trade, asked across three platforms, three runs each, scored out of twelve and reported quarterly, with every screenshot archived and dated. The questions stay frozen so the score means the same thing this quarter as it did last. The protocol is published in full.
Will you work with my competitor?
No. One company per metro in each service category. If a roofing company in your metro signs first, we turn down every other roofer in that metro for the life of that engagement, including better-funded ones. It caps how large this agency can grow, and that is a trade we accept deliberately.
Where does your business show up right now?
The twelve real buying questions for your trade, asked across Google Maps, Google and the AI assistants. Free, with screenshots, and no call required. If you are already fine, I will tell you that too.
