SEO for home-service companies that need qualified calls.
Mindflow runs answer-first SEO for contractors: technical foundations, one honest page per service you sell, and content that answers what buyers actually ask, built so the rankings you earn become the sources AI engines cite.
The engines deciding whether a buyer ever reaches you are Google, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. I build for all six inside one engagement, with published pricing and a measurement protocol you can read first.

Mindflow Marketing was founded by Youssef Hodaigui, twenty-five years in search, and he runs every engagement personally.
The office is in Atlanta and every SEO engagement on this page is run from it, whichever market you sell into.
Every rate is on the pricing page. No quote call required to learn what this costs.
One company per metro in each service category. Your competitor cannot buy the same seat.
What is AI visibility, and how is it different from SEO?
AI visibility, also called answer engine optimization or AEO, is the practice of getting a business named inside AI-generated answers. SEO earns a ranked link a buyer clicks. AEO earns a mention inside the answer itself, in Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini, where no click may ever happen.
The two run on overlapping machinery. Google states that its generative features are rooted in its core Search ranking and quality systems, so a page has to be indexed and eligible before it can be quoted. Classic SEO is the floor, not an alternative to it.
What sits above that floor is different work. An assistant is choosing which home-service companies to name, and it draws on how clearly your company is defined as an entity, how consistently it is described across the web, what independent sources say about it, and whether your pages answer the question in a passage it can lift whole.
Nobody can force a recommendation. Mindflow Marketing builds the entity footprint, the citable pages and the review base the assistants draw on, then scores where you land on twelve frozen buying questions across three platforms each quarter, with the screenshots archived and dated.
What actually decides whether a home-service site ranks?
Rankings are earned by hundreds of small, correct decisions. These are the six streams they come from, written the way they land on your ledger.
| Stream | What it covers | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 01 / TECHNICAL FOUNDATIONSThe plumbing Google trusts | Crawlability, indexation, speed, schema, the invisible layer that decides whether your pages are even eligible to rank. | Mindflow Marketing engagement scope |
| 02 / SERVICE-PAGE ARCHITECTUREOne honest page per service | Every service you sell gets its own properly structured page, the way buyers search and engines parse. | Mindflow Marketing engagement scope |
| 03 / ANSWER-FIRST CONTENTAnswers, not filler | Pages that answer the exact questions your buyers ask, written from your real jobs, never content-mill volume. | Mindflow Marketing engagement scope |
| 04 / ON-PAGE OPTIMIZATIONEvery page aimed at something | Titles, headings, internal links, and schema kept aligned with the one query each page should win. | Mindflow Marketing engagement scope |
| 05 / LOCAL-ORGANIC ALIGNMENTOne story, both engines | The site work coordinated with your Business Profile so Maps, organic, and AI answers corroborate each other. | Mindflow Marketing engagement scope |
| 06 / RANK & INDEX TRACKINGWatched, not wished | The queries that matter tracked monthly: what moved, what didn’t, and what we’re doing about it. | Mindflow Marketing engagement scope |
What we read from that, and this part is our judgement rather than anything the sources state: the first stream caps the other five, so the audit runs before any page gets written and the build order follows what the crawl finds.
Owners ask me what technical SEO is and whether they need it. It’s the plumbing: can search engines find, crawl, render, and index your pages without errors. Most home-service sites carry a handful of silent blockers, noindexed service pages, duplicate content, crawl traps, broken schema.
If those exist, they cap everything else, which is why the audit runs first.

Five pillars run together inside one engagement: local SEO and Google Maps, organic search, AI visibility, reputation and brand SERP, and conversion tracking. Each is reported monthly with the denominator stated beside the number, so a figure can be checked instead of believed.
Local SEO and Google Maps
Google Business Profile optimisation and map-grid tracking read across your whole service area, not off a single pin. A grid tells you whether you are losing on trust signals or losing on distance, and those have different fixes.
Organic search
Technical foundations, site architecture and the searches that turn into high-ticket jobs, built from the work you actually closed. Pages built from a keyword tool instead rank you in counties your crews will never drive to.
AI visibility and entity work
Entity disambiguation, organisation schema, knowledge-graph alignment and passages written so an assistant can lift them whole. This decides whether ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews name your company or a competitor.
Reputation and brand SERP
What a buyer and an assistant both see when they search your name. Reviews, the profiles that outrank you for your own brand, and the pages that answer a buyer checking whether you are real.
Conversion tracking
Calls and forms tracked through to the booked job. Visibility that never reaches a booked job still costs you the months it took to build, and that bill never appears on an invoice.
Measurement you can audit
Share of Answer across twelve frozen buying questions, three platforms, three runs each, scored out of twelve with screenshots archived and dated.
Read the full methodRankings are never guaranteed. Anything we could not trace to a primary source is absent from this page, not estimated. The audit runs the same six layers described on the pricing page, and Share of Answer is scored quarterly.
The shortcuts we refuse, because they end in penalties.
Nobody controls Google
Anyone guaranteeing page one is guessing with your money, the algorithm isn’t theirs to promise. We prove movement monthly instead. Why we don’t guarantee rankings
Volume isn’t strategy
No mass-generated filler, no thin city-page farms, no publish-and-pray. That pattern is exactly what search engines classify as spam now.
Earned, never rented
No bought links, no PBNs, no link exchanges. Prominence that’s rented disappears with the invoice, and can take your rankings with it.
How the first 90 days work
Every Mindflow Marketing engagement opens with a diagnostic, not a pitch. The first 90 days establish a baseline you can hold us to, fix what is structurally broken, and put the first measured movement on the record.
- Free Visibility Check. The twelve real buying questions for your trade, asked across Google Maps, Google and the assistants. You get the screenshots. No call required to receive it.
- Local Visibility Audit. Full technical and content audit, plus a ranking baseline on the queries that actually book jobs, not vanity terms. Delivered written, with the working shown.
- Baseline measurement. Share of Answer scored before any work begins, so the starting number exists in writing and cannot be revised later.
- Fix, weeks 1 to 6. Crawl blocks, index bloat, thin and duplicate pages, broken structure, the problems that cap everything else.
- Build, weeks 4 to 12. Service-page architecture and answer-first content, shipped month over month in priority order.
- Prove. Dated rankings, indexation counts, and qualified calls on your Work Ledger. What didn’t move is reported too.
What has Mindflow Marketing actually produced?
Two clients have given written permission to publish their numbers. Precision Fenceworks is a fence company working four Georgia markets, verified live 2026-06-16. Fireside Antiques is an eCommerce antiques dealer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with Search Console and Ahrefs data pulled 2026-06-10.
PRECISION FENCEWORKS · GEORGIA
Second in the Athens map pack and third organic, named by three of the four major assistants with Perplexity giving them as its first pick. In Alpharetta, first organic and third in the map pack, beaten on proximity rather than on trust signals. 87 AI mentions across 72 cited pages, and 631 Precision Fenceworks reviews at a 4.9 average.
In Atlanta the same client has no reachable map presence against 100,000-plus impressions in sixteen months. Their pin sits in Alpharetta, proximity decides the Google map pack, and no page moves a building. In Lawrenceville they hold page one organic with zero map presence.
FIRESIDE ANTIQUES · LOUISIANA
Five of eight tracked core terms ranking strong, with dining tables, armoires, mirrors and coffee tables all recovered to first position after a ranking dip.
A national eCommerce catalogue, not a local service business, which is why it sits here as evidence of method and not as a forecast for a contractor.
Every figure above belongs to the client named beside it. What transfers between engagements is the method: the audit, the frozen questions, the stated denominators and the work ledger. What does not transfer is a promise about your own street.
What we cannot show either: revenue, lead volume and job values for the fence company, and sales and revenue for the antiques dealer. Neither client’s permission covers it. So we cannot tell you whether this visibility became money, and we would rather say that than let a chart imply it. Two clients is not a large portfolio and we are not going to present it as one.
Coverage and movement, side by side: which service pages exist, whether they’re indexed, and what they did this month. Labeled samples, the format, not client data.
If a task isn’t on your ledger, we didn’t do it.
We hold ourselves to the same standard, our own visibility, tracked in public
What does SEO cost for a home-service company?
Mindflow Marketing publishes every rate. A Visibility Check is free. A Local Visibility Audit is $3,500 to $7,500 and credits against your first invoice if you start a monthly partnership within 30 calendar days. The monthly partnership starts at $3,500 a month on a 90-day initial term, then runs month to month. No setup fee and no annual contract.
The credit caps at that first invoice and does not carry forward. At the bottom of the range a $3,500 audit against a $3,500 first month costs you nothing if you continue. At the top, a $7,500 audit against a $3,500 first month credits $3,500 and the remainder is spent. We would rather you ran that sum at your own desk than found it on an invoice.
From $3,500/month, SEO isn’t sold separately. What moves the number here: the current condition of your site (cleanup debt), how many services and pages need building, and the competitiveness of your terms. The Local Visibility Audit ($3,500–$7,500) prices it precisely before you commit, fully credited within 30 days.
SEO isn’t a separate product with its own contract. It runs inside one focused program alongside the other visibility work your number needs, no setup fee, priced by engagement complexity, not by industry.
If scope is the open question, start with the Local Visibility Audit ($3,500–$7,500): six layers, five named competitors, a 90-day plan, fully credited against your first invoice when a partnership begins within 30 days.
No separate setup fee. No annual contract. One focused 90-day program, then month-to-month.
The work created for your business remains yours.
The full ladder, with what sits inside each tier, is on the pricing page.
Which industries and markets does this SEO work cover?
Home-service companies whose website should be their best salesperson, and isn’t yet. The trades I run this for are fencing, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door and remodeling.
Beyond the trades, the same six streams run for high-value legal, specialty healthcare and considered-purchase eCommerce. The common thread is deal value: one won job has to pay for months of the work, or the arithmetic does not close.
The office is in Atlanta and every engagement is run from it, across Georgia, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. One company per metro in each service category, so your competitor cannot buy the same seat.
The neighbouring pillars: local SEO and Maps, AI visibility, reputation and brand SERP and conversion.
What do owners ask before starting SEO?
Does SEO still matter now that AI answers questions?
More than ever, because AI engines don’t invent answers, they retrieve them. The businesses AI names are overwhelmingly the ones with crawlable, well-structured, ranking pages to cite. SEO is the foundation; AI visibility stands on it. Skip the foundation and there’s nothing to cite.
How long does SEO usually take to influence rankings and qualified calls?
Technical fixes can show up in weeks. Content and authority work on competitive terms typically takes months, often three to six before rankings translate into steady calls, faster in thin markets, slower in brutal ones. We don’t hide that; you see directional evidence on the ledger every month, and if a quarter shows nothing moving, the plan changes.
What do you actually do each month?
What the ledger shows: technical fixes shipped, service pages built or upgraded, content published, on-page corrections, internal links placed, and the monthly rank-and-index snapshot with what moved. Specific items vary by month because the plan follows your priorities, not a template.
Do you write the content or do I have to?
We write it. Your part is fact-checking from real jobs, is this how it actually works, what does this cost range look like, what do customers get wrong, about twenty minutes of your month, not hours. Nothing publishes without your sign-off.
Will you guarantee page one?
No, and we’d put it in writing that nobody honest can. Google’s results aren’t any agency’s to sell. What you get instead: a dated baseline, movement measured monthly, and the same standard applied to ourselves in public. The full argument
