WHERE WE ACTUALLY ARE

Mindflow is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and works with Qatar businesses remotely. We have no office here, no local entity and no local phone number, and we are not going to imply otherwise. What we bring is a measurement practice that works the same way in any market, run personally rather than handed to an account team.

What is AI visibility, and how is it different from SEO?

AI visibility, also called answer engine optimization or AEO, is the practice of getting a business named inside AI-generated answers. SEO earns a ranked link a buyer clicks. AEO earns a mention inside the answer itself, in Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini, where no click may ever happen.

The two run on overlapping machinery. Google states that its generative features are rooted in its core Search ranking and quality systems, so a page has to be indexed and eligible before it can be quoted. Classic SEO is the floor, not an alternative to it.

What sits above that floor is different work. An assistant is choosing which Qatar businesses to name, and it draws on how clearly your company is defined as an entity, how consistently it is described across the web, what independent sources say about it, and whether your pages answer the question in a passage it can lift whole.

Nobody can force a recommendation. Mindflow Marketing builds the entity footprint, the citable pages and the review base the assistants draw on, then scores where you land on twelve frozen buying questions across three platforms each quarter, with the screenshots archived and dated.

THE MARKET

What actually shapes a Qatar search plan?

Qatar has a search shape of its own. What the sources state sits in the table. Our reading sits under it.

KEY TAKEAWAYS
  • Qatar has the highest Bing share of the Gulf markets we serve, at 3.59%
  • CocCoc appears in Qatar's top six engines, a direct reflection of its labour population
  • Qatar's MCIT signed an AI collaboration with PwC Middle East and OpenAI in December 2025
  • We found no document restricting any AI assistant here, and we won't claim one exists

What we read from that, and this part is our judgement rather than anything the sources state: StatCounter publishes where CocCoc sits in the Qatar ranking; reading that as the labour population is ours.

Ours as well: treating the MCIT agreement as an adoption signal. MCIT announced a collaboration. It published no figure for assistant use in Qatar, and we are not going to borrow its name for one.

Ours too: the UK, Saudi Arabia and UAE percentages below are our comparisons. The table's publisher line is scoped to Qatar.

A long tail that reflects who actually lives here

Qatar carries the highest Bing share of the non-UK markets we serve, at 3.59%. Modest against the UK's 6.24%, but meaningfully above Saudi Arabia's 2.66% and the UAE's 2.88%.

The more telling detail is further down. CocCoc. A Vietnamese browser and search engine, appears in Qatar's top six engines. That combination appears in none of the other four markets we serve, and it reflects Qatar's Southeast Asian labour population directly.

It is a small share and we are not going to overstate it. What it illustrates is that a country's search landscape is shaped by who is actually in it, and regional generalisations about ‘the Gulf’ flatten exactly this kind of difference.

State procurement is the honest adoption signal

For adoption beyond raw share, the clearest verifiable signal is institutional, not survey-based.

We will note what we could not establish, because the absence is itself information: we found no regulatory document restricting any AI assistant in Qatar, and we are not going to assert one exists.

The first thing we'd measure

Qatar's search long tail makes the language and audience question concrete, not theoretical. Before recommending anything we establish who is actually searching, in which language, and on which surface, then build the prompt set from that, not from a regional template.

The deliverable is a baseline you own: visibility percentage per assistant, per surface, with named competitors and the raw responses attached. It takes about a week and it belongs to you whether or not we work together afterwards.

HOW WE MEASURE IT

Every number on this page has a source and a date

Market figures here come from named sources, pulled on a stated date, and we say when we could not verify something. That is the same standard we apply to a client report.

Our documented results are in home services, in the United States. We are not going to imply a track record in this market that we have not built. What we publish instead is the method, in full, before you pay anything. No ranking guarantees. Just transparent measurement and documented work.

The methodology See a real report

What does Mindflow Marketing deliver for a Qatar company?

Five pillars run inside one engagement, each reported with the denominator beside the number.

Local SEO and Google Maps

Google Business Profile optimisation and map-grid tracking across the areas of Qatar you sell in, not off one pin. A grid says whether you lose on trust or distance.

Organic search

Technical foundations, architecture and the searches that turn into high-ticket Qatar work, built from jobs you closed. Keyword-tool pages rank you where nobody buys.

AI visibility and entity work

Entity disambiguation, organisation schema, knowledge-graph alignment and passages an assistant can lift whole. This decides whether ChatGPT, Perplexity or AI Overviews name your Qatar company or a competitor.

Reputation and brand SERP

What a buyer and an assistant see when they search your name. Where buyers arrived recently, the brand page and review base vouch for you.

Conversion tracking

Calls, forms and WhatsApp enquiries tracked to the booked job. Visibility that never books work still costs the months it took to build.

Measurement you can audit

Share of Answer across twelve frozen buying questions, three platforms, three runs each, scored out of twelve, screenshots archived and dated.

Read the full method

Rankings are never guaranteed. Anything we could not trace to a primary source is absent from this page, not estimated. The audit runs the same six layers described on the pricing page, and Share of Answer is scored quarterly.

How the first 90 days work

Every engagement opens with a diagnostic, not a pitch. The first 90 days set a baseline you can hold us to and put first movement on record.

  1. Free Visibility Check. The twelve real buying questions for your category, across Google Maps, Google and the assistants. You keep the screenshots.
  2. Local Visibility Audit. Crawlability and indexation, entity and schema state, map-grid position, review base, competitive gap. Written, working shown.
  3. Baseline measurement. Share of Answer scored before work begins, in Arabic and English where your buyers use both, so the starting number is in writing.
  4. Foundations, weeks 1 to 6. Technical fixes, entity and organisation schema, Google Business Profile, and pages answering what Qatar buyers ask.
  5. Authority and content, weeks 4 to 12. Citable pages, review systems, and the off-site corroboration assistants use to decide a company is real.
  6. First remeasurement. The same twelve questions, same conditions, scored against the baseline. Movement or none, both go in the report.

PUBLISHED RESULTS

What has Mindflow Marketing actually produced?

Two clients have given written permission to publish their numbers, and neither published client is a company of this market. Precision Fenceworks is a Georgia fence company working Athens, Alpharetta, Atlanta and Gwinnett, verified live 2026-06-16. Fireside Antiques is a Baton Rouge, Louisiana eCommerce antiques dealer, Search Console and Ahrefs data pulled 2026-06-10.

PRECISION FENCEWORKS · GEORGIA

In Athens, where it ranks second in the map pack, Precision Fenceworks is third organic and is recommended by three of the four major AI assistants, with Perplexity its first pick. It holds 87 AI mentions across 72 cited pages, and 631 Precision Fenceworks reviews at a 4.9 average.

In Alpharetta it is first organic and third in the map pack, beaten on proximity and not on trust signals. In Lawrenceville, page one organic, zero map presence.

In Atlanta, no reachable map presence against 100,000-plus impressions in sixteen months. The Precision Fenceworks pin sits in Alpharetta, proximity decides the Google map pack, and no page moves a building.

FIRESIDE ANTIQUES · LOUISIANA

Fireside Antiques has five of eight tracked core terms ranking strong, with dining tables, armoires, mirrors and coffee tables recovered to first position after a dip.

A national eCommerce catalogue, not a local service business: evidence of method, no forecast for a Qatar company.

Full record: the eCommerce results page.

Neither client is in Qatar, and we are not going to imply otherwise. What transfers is the method: the audit, the frozen questions, the stated denominators and the work ledger. Not a promise about your own street.

What we cannot show for Precision Fenceworks: revenue, lead volume and job values. For Fireside Antiques: sales and revenue. Neither permission covers it. So we cannot tell you whether this visibility became money, and we say so instead of letting a chart imply it. Two clients is not a large portfolio and we are not going to present it as one.

What does SEO and AI visibility cost in Qatar?

We publish every rate, in US dollars for Qatar work too. A Visibility Check is free. A Local Visibility Audit is $3,500 to $7,500 and credits against your first invoice if you start a monthly partnership within 30 calendar days of delivery.

The monthly partnership starts at $3,500 a month on a 90-day initial term, then runs month to month. No setup fee and no annual contract.

The credit caps at that first invoice and does not carry forward. At the bottom of the range a $3,500 audit against a $3,500 first month costs you nothing if you continue. At the top, a $7,500 audit against a $3,500 first month credits $3,500 and the remainder is spent. Run that sum at your own desk.

The full ladder, with what sits inside each tier, is on the pricing page.

Which Qatar areas and industries does Mindflow Marketing serve?

We serve Qatar remotely from Atlanta: Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Shahaniya and Al Shamal.

Inside Doha: West Bay, The Pearl, Msheireb, Lusail, Education City and Al Sadd.

We work with established home-services companies, plus legal, specialty healthcare, eCommerce and B2B SaaS. The thread is deal value: one won job must pay for months of work.

No trade pages sit under this market, no state parent above it. Neighbouring notes: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Morocco and the United Kingdom; full list on the markets index.

Qatar SEO and AI visibility: common questions

Do you have an office in Qatar?

No. Atlanta, working remotely. No local entity, no local number. We will not rent a Doha mailbox to look local, because a fake address gets a Google Business Profile suspended and it would be the first dishonest thing on this page. Every meeting is remote.

Who does SEO and AI visibility for businesses in Qatar?

Mindflow Marketing, a founder-led SEO and AEO agency run by Youssef Hodaigui, twenty-five years in search, working from Atlanta with Qatar companies. One founder runs every engagement across local SEO and Google Maps, organic search, AI visibility, reputation and conversion. One company per metro in each service category.

Do you have any Qatar clients you can show me?

Not yet. The two clients who have given written permission to publish are in Georgia and Louisiana, and neither published client is a company of this market. What travels here is the method: the audit, the frozen questions, the stated denominators.

Are AI assistants restricted in Qatar?

We found no CRA, MCIT or NCSA document restricting any assistant, and we are not going to assert a restriction we could not verify. That is an absence of evidence, dated and checkable. A compliance question about a named platform belongs with your own counsel.

Why does Bing come up so much on your market pages?

Two reasons. Because it is the surface Copilot draws on, and because its share varies more between markets than people expect. In Qatar it is the highest of the Gulf markets we serve. The figure sits in the table above with its publisher and its date.

Where does your business show up in Qatar right now?

The twelve real buying questions for your category, across Google Maps, Google and the AI assistants. Free, with screenshots, no call required.
