One free. Two paid diagnostics. A partnership at the scope you need.
You can buy a diagnostic and walk away with it. That is a real option, not a step in a funnel, and the document is yours either way.
Both diagnostics credit against your first invoice
Start a monthly partnership within 30 calendar days of the diagnostic landing, and the fee credits against your first invoice.
The credit caps at that invoice and does not carry. So a $7,500 Assessment against a $5,500 first month credits $5,500, and the last $2,000 is gone. We would rather you could do that arithmetic before you buy than discover it on an invoice.
Thirty days because findings go stale. Rankings move, competitors move, and a baseline three months old describes a market that has changed.
Priced by complexity, not by package
There are no packages here. Every partnership runs the same six layers, the same three numbers and the same Work Ledger, and the two figures above are not two products. They are the same work over different ground: one trade in one city, or every trade you run across a whole metro.
Five things set your number: locations and profiles under management, how contested your markets are, how many services we push, the state of your site and entity data, and whether your category is regulated.
One trade, one city and clean listings sits at $3,500. Every trade across a metro sits at $5,500, which is where most engagements land. A multi-state operator in a regulated category with forty directories that disagree about the phone number sits well above both, and no way of packaging it changes that.
Ninety days to build it, then month to month
The first term is 90 days, billed monthly. After that it runs month to month. No notice period, no renewal date to miss.
Ninety days is not a lock. It is what the work takes: identity corrections propagate slowly, and a 30-day engagement would mean charging you for the setup and leaving before the measurement says anything.
No ranking guarantees. Just transparent measurement and documented work. Everything we build for your brand stays yours.
And what we do not sell
Never charged: setup or onboarding, a percentage of your ad spend, reporting as a line item, access to your own data, or the free Visibility Check.
Not sold: guaranteed rankings, guaranteed AI citations, pay-per-lead, shared leads sold to your competitors, contracts you cannot leave after the first term, or article quotas and link counts dressed up as deliverables.
We also do not sell the five disciplines separately. Maps, search, AI visibility, conversion and reputation run as one partnership, because splitting them is how a business ends up paying five invoices to move one number.
Fair questions about the numbers
What will my company pay?
Partnerships start at $3,500 a month for one trade in one city. Most land at $5,500, which covers every trade you run across a whole metro. Multi-market, regulated and category-authority work usually runs $8,500 to $15,000+. If you are unsure, run the free Visibility Check. The findings tend to answer it.
Why publish pricing when almost nobody else does?
Because the alternative is a form, a call, and a number shaped by how much you look like you can pay. Published means the number is the same for everyone, and you can rule us out in thirty seconds.
Do I have to buy a diagnostic first?
No. It is the better path when you want a diagnosis you own before you hire anyone, but you can start the partnership directly and the full audit happens inside the first ninety days.
Which diagnostic do I need?
One location, one market, focused scope: the Local Visibility Audit. Several locations, or a contested or regulated market: the Strategic Assessment. Where it is a coin toss we will tell you the cheaper one is enough.
Is the fee actually credited?
Yes, up to the value of your first invoice, if you start within thirty days. It does not carry into month two. That limit is here rather than in a footnote.
Are you the cheapest option?
No. Several agencies in the trades start between $400 and $3,000 a month. If price decides it, one of them is your answer and we will say so on the call.
