Quick answer

What does conversion work mean for a home-service website?

Conversion rate optimization (CRO) means helping more of the right visitors call, request an estimate or book. For a contractor, that starts with a visitor quickly seeing that you do their kind of job in their area, then finding an easy way to get in touch. It doesn't include ad spend or a new website.

What do we change on your site?

We improve the parts of your site that help a visitor understand the service and contact you: the call button, the estimate form, booking, financing, reviews and photos near the request, your service-area pages and tracking. Conversion work is part of every plan, alongside SEO, AI search and reviews.

  • Call buttons where thumbs reacha tap-to-call button that stays in view on phones.
  • Estimate forms that fit your saleenough information to understand the request and follow up, without questions you don't need yet.
  • Booking, if you take ita clear way to pick a time.
  • Financing, if you offer iteasy to find, next to the request.
  • Proof near the requestrelevant reviews and real job photos beside the call or estimate button.
  • Answers to "do you cover my town?"service-area pages that say where you work and what you do there.
  • Trackingwe check that calls and forms are tracked, so you can see what changed.

We work on WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and custom-built sites, so you don't need a new website to start.

Quick answer

Do you run A/B tests?

We start with the problems we can see in the call and estimate paths, like a hidden phone number, unclear service areas or a form that asks too much too soon. Whether an A/B test is useful depends on your traffic and the size of the change; with a small number of visits, a test can't support a confident result. We watch calls and form fills as changes go live and allow for seasons and other changes.

Case study

Case study: a fence company, from one county to Metro Atlanta

The problem

"we struggled to generate consistent leads online and were invisible in search results."

The work

SEO and web design over an 8-year partnership, plus reputation management.

The results Zack Goekjian (CEO) describes in his testimonial
  • "Within the first year, our website started ranking for competitive keywords like 'Atlanta fence installation' and 'Atlanta fence company'"
  • 250% more qualified leads
  • from 1 county to several across Metro Atlanta
  • from 5 people to 12
  • reputation work that helped maintain a 4.9-star average rating.

These are Zack's own figures from his testimonial, not numbers we measured. Results depend on your market and starting point.

Which inquiry options did we find on contractor homepages?

Most contractor homepages had a click-to-call link; other inquiry options varied. These counts show what was present, not whether it converted. We inspect the path on your own site before deciding what to change.

How we work together

What we do for your business

What we need from you: access to your accounts, the services and towns you want more work in, and quick answers when we have questions.

  1. First

    Fix the foundation.

Your Business Profile, access to your accounts, the technical problems that stop Google from reading your site, and your name, phone and services matching everywhere.

  2. Next

Build what your customers search for.

A page for each service and town you really cover, answers to the questions customers ask, and a review process your team can run.

  3. Ongoing

    Grow and report.

New pages where the searches are, review replies, changes that turn more visits into calls, and a plain report on what we did, what moved and what's next. You get a written report every month and a call every quarter.

Quick answer

How will you know the changes are working?

You get a written report every month and a call every quarter. It shows what we changed and the calls and form fills your tracking records. A form fill isn't a qualified estimate or a sold job; those come from your records, and when you share them we report them together. Between calls, you deal with Youssef directly: calls and texts are answered as they come in, emails usually within hours.

Why Mindflow

Why home-service contractors choose Mindflow

  1. Founder-led.

Mindflow is run by its founder, Youssef Hodaigui, who has done SEO since 2004.

  2. One plan, not five vendors.

SEO, AI answers, reviews and conversion work are planned together, so nothing falls between agencies.

  3. Built for home-service companies.

We've worked with a Georgia fence company for 8 years. Read what its CEO says below.

What clients say

"Mindflow Marketing has been our digital partner for 8 years, and they've been instrumental in transforming Precision Fenceworks from a small local operation to the established fence company we are today. … What impresses me most is how Youssef takes the time to understand the fencing industry specifically, not just generic marketing. I'd recommend Mindflow Marketing to any home service business looking for a digital partner who delivers measurable results and genuinely cares about your business growth."

Questions about conversion work

Is conversion work extra?
No. It's part of every plan, together with SEO, AI search optimization and the review program. Plans differ only by how much ground you cover, not by which services you get.
Do you run A/B tests?
Whether a test is useful depends on your traffic. Most changes don't need one: if the phone number is hard to find, we fix it. We watch calls and form fills as changes go live and say plainly when a result is too small to read.
Will this fix missed calls?
It makes calling easier, and we check that calls and forms are tracked. Your team stays responsible for answering and following up.
Can you work on my current website platform?
Yes, for most sites. We work on WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and custom-built sites, so you don't need a new website to start. If your site really can't do the job, we'll say so and quote a new one separately.
How long does SEO take?
Usually months, not weeks. How fast depends on your competitors and on how complete your Business Profile and site are today.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. No one can guarantee a spot on Google or in an AI answer. We show you the work and the results.
Is AI SEO extra?
No. AI search optimization is included in SEO in every plan.
Am I locked into a contract?
The first 90 days are committed and billed monthly. After that it's month to month with 30 days' notice.
Who owns my accounts and website?
You do. Every account stays in your name, and website files and copy are yours once paid.
Will you work with my competitor?
No. We won't work with your direct competitor in your area.
Do I need a new website?
Not always. If yours can't turn visits into calls, we'll say so and quote a site separately.
Do you run Google Ads, Local Services Ads or ChatGPT ads?
Case by case. Our plans cover SEO, AI search, your Google Business Profile, reviews and conversion. When paid ads fit your market and goals, we scope Google Ads, Local Services Ads or ChatGPT ads in your proposal. Ad spend goes to the platform and isn't part of our fee.
