For a project, homeowners compare a few companies on the things that show fit: photos of similar finished projects, the project types you take on, the towns you serve, reviews, your license, and how clearly you handle an estimate request. Your marketing has to answer those questions before they call, not just win the first click.
No. We don't sell leads, and we don't share them with other contractors. We help generate requests through your own Google Business Profile, website and reviews. Lead services like Angi Leads (HomeAdvisor) work differently: their own help pages say you pay a fee for each lead you match to, and a lead can connect the homeowner with multiple pros. Our guide on lead quality vs lead volume compares the two.
Your Business Profile, pages for the services and areas you cover, consistent listings, and the technical fixes that let Google read your site.
Included in every SEO plan. Accurate business facts and pages that answer what customers ask, so tools like Google's AI Overviews and ChatGPT can find and describe you.
A steady, honest way to ask customers for reviews, and thoughtful replies to them.
Changes to your pages, forms and call buttons so more visitors call or book.

A separate project, priced on its own. The files and copy are yours once it's paid, and you don't need a marketing plan to buy one.
Plans and pricingEvery plan includes the same work; bigger plans cover more ground. Your proposal lists exactly what your plan includes.
A good project page shows a homeowner whether you're right for their job. *Illustrative outline, not a client example:*

Source: Mindflow research, OpenAI API with web search, October 3–18, 2026; 1,500 answers about named remodelers (two answers per business). In remodeling, review counts did little to separate the businesses ChatGPT named; a remodeler with about 40 Google reviews sat at the median in our sample.
Our four-year search-volume averages show a January peak for remodeling nationally and in 5 of the 10 cities in that analysis. Your local pattern may differ, so we plan your pages and profile work around your own busy season.
What we need from you: access to your accounts, the services and towns you want more work in, and quick answers when we have questions.
Your Business Profile, access to your accounts, the technical problems that stop Google from reading your site, and your name, phone and services matching everywhere.
A page for each service and town you really cover, answers to the questions customers ask, and a review process your team can run.
New pages where the searches are, review replies, changes that turn more visits into calls, and a plain report on what we did, what moved and what's next. You get a written report every month and a call every quarter.

One program, priced by the size of your service area. Every plan includes SEO with AI search optimization, your Google Business Profile, a review program and conversion improvement.
