Four sentences, then the detail
This site collects what you type into a form and nothing else that identifies you. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no cross-site profiling and no data sold or shared for marketing.
Analytics here counts pages, not people. It sets no cookie, so this site has no cookie banner and needs none.
Form submissions go to one inbox, [email protected], and are read by one person.
To see, correct or delete anything about you, email [email protected] and it is done within thirty days.
Every field, and why it exists
Four pages carry a form. Nothing on this site collects personal data outside them.
The four companies that touch this data
These are the services actually in the code. There are no others.
Retention, stated plainly
Enquiries that become a conversation are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and for six years afterwards, which is the ordinary limitation period for a contract claim in Georgia.
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within twelve months.
Analytics is aggregate and contains nothing that identifies you, so there is nothing to delete and no retention period to state.
Turnstile tokens expire in about five minutes and are never stored.
What you can ask for, wherever you are
If you are in the UK or the EU, the UK GDPR and the GDPR give you the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a portable copy. The lawful basis for handling an enquiry is legitimate interest: you asked us to reply.
If you are in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what is collected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of sale or sharing. Nothing here is sold or shared, so there is no opt-out to offer.
Wherever you are, one email to [email protected] exercises any of it, and the answer comes within thirty days. There is no form to fill in and no identity-verification process beyond replying from the address you used.
UK and EU residents may complain to their supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

This is a plain-English statement of practice rather than legal advice. If your own compliance position depends on it, have a lawyer read it.
