SEO & AI SEARCH AGENCY · INDUSTRIES WE SERVE

Industry SEO and AI Visibility Agency

Mindflow Marketing helps companies in eleven industries get found on Google and named by the AI engines buyers now ask first: Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. Founder-led, served from Atlanta, with published pricing and a measurement protocol you can read before you spend a dollar.

Seven home-service trades plus eCommerce, healthcare, legal and B2B SaaS. Each page covers what the work looks like in that industry, because a roofing calendar and a plumbing calendar are different problems.

87

AI mentions across 72 cited pages, earned for one published client

3 of 4

major assistants naming that client in Athens, where it ranks second in the map pack

FOUNDER-LED

Mindflow Marketing was founded by Youssef Hodaigui, twenty-five years in search, and he runs every engagement personally.

SERVED FROM ATLANTA

The office is in Atlanta and every industry on this page is served from it. We will not rent a mailbox in your market to look local.

PRICING IN PUBLIC

Every rate is on the pricing page. No quote call required to learn what this costs.

ONE PER CATEGORY

One company per metro in each service category. The competitor in your trade cannot buy the same seat.

THE DEFINITION

What is AI visibility, and how is it different from SEO?

AI visibility, also called answer engine optimization or AEO, is the practice of getting a business named inside AI-generated answers. SEO earns a ranked link a buyer clicks. AEO earns a mention inside the answer itself, in Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini, where no click may ever happen.

The two run on overlapping machinery. Google states that its generative features are rooted in its core Search ranking and quality systems, so a page has to be indexed and eligible before it can be quoted. Classic SEO is the floor, not an alternative to it.

What sits above that floor is different work. An assistant is choosing which companies in your industry to name, and it draws on how clearly your company is defined as an entity, how consistently it is described across the web, what independent sources say about it, and whether your pages answer the question in a passage it can lift whole.

Nobody can force a recommendation. Mindflow Marketing builds the entity footprint, the citable pages and the review base the assistants draw on, then scores where you land on twelve frozen buying questions across three platforms each quarter, with the screenshots archived and dated.

THE INDUSTRIES

What actually changes when the industry changes?

Eleven industries sit on this page and no two of them buy the same way. What triggers the search, how long the buyer takes to decide, and whether a Google map pack is even in play all move from one industry to the next. The table below puts those three side by side.

How buying behaviour differs across the eleven industries Mindflow Marketing serves, compiled 2026-08-04. Every row is our own observation from engagement work, and no outside body publishes it.
Industry What starts the search How long the decision takes Google map pack in play Source
RoofingA storm eventDays to weeksYesMindflow observation, not a published source
HVACTemperature, or a unit that stopsHours to daysYesMindflow observation, not a published source
PlumbingA failure already under wayHoursYesMindflow observation, not a published source
FencingA season, a pet, a new neighbourWeeksYesMindflow observation, not a published source
ElectricalA fault, an upgrade, a new EVDays to weeksYesMindflow observation, not a published source
Garage doorsA door that will not openHours to daysYesMindflow observation, not a published source
RemodelingA decision taken slowlyMonthsYesMindflow observation, not a published source
eCommerceProduct researchMinutes to daysRarelyMindflow observation, not a published source
HealthcareA symptom or a referralDays to weeksYesMindflow observation, not a published source
LegalAn event with a deadline attachedWeeks to monthsYesMindflow observation, not a published source
B2B SaaSA business problem with a budget behind itMonthsNoMindflow observation, not a published source

What we read from that, and this part is our judgement rather than anything the sources state: Roofing demand follows storms, HVAC follows temperature, plumbing follows failure, and remodeling follows a decision that takes months.

Those four calendars need different content timing and different budget pacing. A roofer who publishes storm-response pages in March has already missed the point, and a remodeler measured on a 30-day window is being judged on a decision the buyer has not finished making.

Where a map pack is out of play, the whole engagement moves onto organic search, entity work and third-party surfaces. That is a different budget shape, and it is worth knowing before the first invoice lands.

Sources: none external. Every row above is Mindflow’s own observation and the Source column says so. Where an industry carries outside data, such as a statute, a review platform’s published methodology or a citation study, that data and its checked date sit on the industry page itself and not on this hub. Compiled 2026-08-04.

WHAT WE RUN

What does Mindflow Marketing deliver inside an industry engagement?

Five pillars run together inside one engagement: local SEO and Google Maps, organic search, AI visibility, reputation and brand SERP, and conversion tracking. Each one is reported with the denominator stated beside the number, so a figure can be checked instead of believed.

Local SEO and Google Maps

Google Business Profile optimisation and map-grid tracking read across the whole service area, not off a single pin. A grid tells you whether you are losing on trust signals or losing on distance, and those have different fixes.

Organic search

Technical foundations, site architecture and the searches that turn into high-ticket jobs in your trade, built from the work you actually closed. Pages built off a keyword tool instead rank you for jobs your crews will never take.

AI visibility and entity work

Entity disambiguation, organisation schema, knowledge-graph alignment and passages written so an assistant can lift them whole. This decides whether ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews name your company or the competitor in your trade.

Reputation and brand SERP

What a buyer and an assistant both see when they search your name. In healthcare and legal it carries extra weight, since the review platforms those industries live on run rules of their own.

Conversion tracking

Calls and forms tracked through to the booked job. Visibility that never reaches a booked job still costs you the months it took to build, and that bill never appears on an invoice.

Measurement you can audit

Share of Answer across twelve frozen buying questions, three platforms, three runs each, scored out of twelve with screenshots archived and dated.

Rankings are never guaranteed. Anything we could not trace to a primary source is absent from this page, not estimated. The audit runs the same six layers described on the pricing page, and Share of Answer is scored quarterly.

THE FIRST 90 DAYS

How the first 90 days work

Every Mindflow Marketing engagement opens with a diagnostic, not a pitch. The first 90 days establish a baseline you can hold us to, fix what is structurally broken, and put the first measured movement on the record.

  1. Free Visibility Check. The twelve real buying questions for your trade, asked across Google Maps, Google and the assistants. You get the screenshots. No call required to receive it.
  2. Local Visibility Audit. Crawlability and indexation, entity and schema state, map-grid position across your service area, review base, and the competitive gap inside your industry. Delivered written, with the working shown.
  3. Baseline measurement. Share of Answer scored before any work begins, so the starting number exists in writing and cannot be revised later.
  4. Foundations, weeks 1 to 6. Technical fixes, entity and organisation schema, Google Business Profile where your industry has one, and the pages that answer the questions your buyers actually ask.
  5. Authority and content, weeks 4 to 12. Citable pages, review systems, and the off-site corroboration assistants rely on when deciding whether a company is real.
  6. First remeasurement. The same twelve questions, the same conditions, scored against the baseline. Movement or no movement, both go in the report.
PUBLISHED RESULTS

What has Mindflow Marketing actually produced?

Two clients have given written permission to publish their numbers, and both sit inside industries listed on this page: fencing and eCommerce.

Precision Fenceworks is a fence company working four Georgia markets, verified live 2026-06-16. Fireside Antiques is an eCommerce antiques dealer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with Search Console and Ahrefs data pulled 2026-06-10.

PRECISION FENCEWORKS · GEORGIA FENCING

Second in the Athens map pack and third organic, named by three of the four major assistants with Perplexity giving them as its first pick. 87 AI mentions across 72 cited pages, and 631 Precision Fenceworks reviews at a 4.9 average.

In Alpharetta the same client is first organic and third in the map pack, beaten on proximity and not on trust signals. In Lawrenceville it is page one organic with zero map presence.

In Atlanta it has no reachable map presence against 100,000-plus impressions in sixteen months. Their pin sits in Alpharetta, proximity decides the Google map pack, and no page moves a building.

FIRESIDE ANTIQUES · LOUISIANA ECOMMERCE

Five of eight tracked core terms ranking strong, with dining tables, armoires, mirrors and coffee tables all recovered to first position after a ranking dip.

A national eCommerce catalogue and not a local service business, which is why it sits here as evidence of method for the eCommerce work and never as a forecast for a roofer.

Nine of the eleven industries on this page carry no published client record at all. Fencing and eCommerce carry one each. What transfers between industries is the method: the audit, the frozen questions, the stated denominators and the work ledger. What does not transfer is a promise about your own trade.

What we cannot show either: revenue, lead volume and job values for Precision Fenceworks, and sales and revenue for Fireside Antiques. Neither client's permission covers those numbers.

So we cannot tell you whether this visibility became money, and we would rather say that plainly than let a chart imply it. Two clients is not a large portfolio and we are not going to present it as one.

WHAT IT COSTS

What does SEO and AI visibility cost?

Mindflow Marketing publishes every rate. A Visibility Check is free. A Local Visibility Audit is $3,500 to $7,500 and credits against your first invoice if you start a monthly partnership within 30 calendar days of delivery. The monthly partnership starts at $3,500 a month on a 90-day initial term, then runs month to month. No setup fee and no annual contract.

The credit caps at that first invoice and does not carry forward. At the bottom of the range a $3,500 audit against a $3,500 first month costs you nothing if you continue. At the top, a $7,500 audit against a $3,500 first month credits $3,500 and the remaining $4,000 is spent.

We would rather you ran that sum at your own desk than found it on an invoice. The same ladder applies whether you fit a shingle or file a brief.

The full ladder, with what sits inside each tier, is on the pricing page.

COVERAGE

Which industries does Mindflow Marketing serve, and which does it turn down?

Home services, the core

Most of our work sits here. These pages describe the demand shape, the buying questions customers actually type, and where visibility usually leaks for each trade. The measurement is the same across all seven. The calendar and the urgency are not.

Home services overview →How the seven trades differ, what they share, and the order the work runs in.Roofing →Storm cycles, insurance restoration, and a demand curve set by weather rather than by season.HVAC →Two peaks a year, maintenance plans, and emergency calls that will not wait for a form reply.Plumbing →Emergency work against planned work, and why the two need separate measurement.Fencing →Permit-gated, quote-heavy, seasonal. The trade we have published the most work on.Electrical →Licensing constraints, panel upgrades, and EV charger demand arriving unevenly.Garage doors →High-urgency repair sitting alongside low-frequency replacement.Remodeling →Long deliberation, high ticket, and the longest sales cycle of the trades we serve.

Beyond the trades

Each of these came from real engagements rather than from a keyword list. They stay on the site because the work is different enough to be worth writing down.

eCommerce →Product pages in AI answers, faceted navigation, and crawl budget on a large catalogue.Healthcare →Review responses that stay inside HIPAA, and directory profiles that outrank your own site.Legal →Brand SERP control, review platforms with their own rules, and a long consideration window.B2B SaaS →No Business Profile, no map pack, and a category a third party revises sixty times a year.

The industries we turn down

We have declined work in franchising, multi-location retail, SaaS and anything requiring paid media as the primary channel. Not because those are bad businesses. Because one founder cannot hold the domain knowledge for every industry at once, and pretending otherwise is how agencies end up producing the same page for a roofer and a dentist.

If your industry is not listed above, say so on the first call and we will tell you plainly whether we are useful.

Reading by place instead of by trade: every market we cover, with the home state written up in the Georgia market notes and the office itself on the Atlanta page. The five service pillars are set out under services.

FAIR QUESTIONS

Industry focus: fair questions

Where is Mindflow Marketing based, and does that change what you can do in my industry?

Mindflow Marketing works from one office in Atlanta, and every engagement in every industry on this page is delivered from there. We will not rent a mailbox in your city to look local, because a fake address is the kind of thing that gets a Google Business Profile suspended. What decides the quality of the work is industry knowledge, and that travels.

Do you have clients in these industries you can show me?

In fencing and in eCommerce, yes. Precision Fenceworks and Fireside Antiques have both given written permission and both records are linked on this page. In the other nine industries, not yet. Two clients is not a large portfolio and we are not going to present it as one. If a named result inside your own industry is what you need before signing, we would rather you knew that now than after an invoice.

Why so few industries?

Industry knowledge is most of the value. Knowing that a roofer’s demand spikes after a hail event, or that a fencing quote dies while a permit sits in review, changes what we build and in what order. That knowledge does not transfer from a keyword tool.

Do you work outside these industries?

Occasionally, when the buying pattern is close to one we know. We say so before quoting, and the engagement starts with a longer diagnostic because we are learning your market on your time. When the pattern looks nothing like one we have worked, I say no on the first call and point you somewhere better.

Do you take two companies in the same trade and the same city?

No. One company per metro in each service category. Two clients competing for the same map positions means one of them is paying us to lose. It caps how large we can get, and that is the trade we have chosen. If a roofer in your metro signs first, we turn down every other roofer there for the life of that engagement.
