SEO & AI SEARCH AGENCY · FLORIDA, STATEWIDE
Florida SEO and AI Visibility Agency
Mindflow Marketing helps Florida companies get found on Google and named by the AI engines buyers now ask first: Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. I run the work from Atlanta, founder-led, with published pricing and a measurement protocol you can read before you spend a dollar.
87
AI mentions across 72 cited pages, earned for one published client
3 of 4
major assistants naming that client in Athens, where it ranks second in the map pack
$3,500
monthly starting rate, published, no annual contract
Mindflow Marketing was founded by Youssef Hodaigui, twenty-five years in search, and he runs every engagement personally.
Mindflow works Florida from Atlanta, with no Florida office. We will not open a mailbox in Tampa or Miami to look local.
Every rate is on the pricing page. No quote call required to learn what this costs.
One company per metro in each service category. Your Florida competitor cannot buy the same seat.
What is AI visibility, and how is it different from SEO?
AI visibility, also called answer engine optimization or AEO, is the practice of getting a business named inside AI-generated answers. SEO earns a ranked link a buyer clicks. AEO earns a mention inside the answer itself, in Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini, where no click may ever happen.
The two run on overlapping machinery. Google states that its generative features are rooted in its core Search ranking and quality systems, so a page has to be indexed and eligible before it can be quoted. Classic SEO is the floor, not an alternative to it.
What sits above that floor is different work. An assistant is choosing which Florida businesses to name, and it draws on how clearly your company is defined as an entity, how consistently it is described across the web, what independent sources say about it, and whether your pages answer the question in a passage it can lift whole.
Nobody can force a recommendation. Mindflow Marketing builds the entity footprint, the citable pages and the review base the assistants draw on, then scores where you land on twelve frozen buying questions across three platforms each quarter, with the screenshots archived and dated.
What actually shapes a Florida search plan?
Florida Administrative Code 61G4-12.011(3) names Internet sites in the advertising a contractor’s licence number must carry, the only one of the six states Mindflow Marketing serves that names the web outright.
Four more conditions sit behind it, and each one changes what a Florida buyer searches for and what a Florida contractor may lawfully answer.
| Condition | What it is | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Licence number in advertising | Florida requires a contractor’s licence number on advertising, and Florida Administrative Code 61G4-12.011(3) lists Internet sites alongside business cards and vehicle signage. | F.A.C. 61G4-12.011(3) |
| Statute behind that rule | Fla. Stat. §489.119(5) and §489.521(7) carry the statutory requirement behind that rule. | Fla. Stat. §§489.119(5), 489.521(7) |
| Licence classes | A certified Florida contractor may contract anywhere in the state. A registered Florida contractor may contract only in the jurisdiction that issued the registration. Fla. Stat. §489.113 requires a contractor to hold one or the other. | Fla. Stat. §489.113 |
| Electrical licensing body | Electrical work sits with the Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board, a separate body from the Construction Industry Licensing Board. | Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board; Construction Industry Licensing Board |
| Roof repair threshold | Fla. Stat. §553.844(5), as amended by SB 4-D, requires only the repaired, replaced or recovered portion of a roof to meet the current Florida Building Code. | Fla. Stat. §553.844(5), as amended by SB 4-D |
| Insurer roof eligibility | Citizens Property Insurance treats soft roofs as ineligible past 25 years and hard roofs past 50, effective for new business from 1 May 2023. | Citizens Property Insurance |
| Policies in force | Citizens Property Insurance reported 278,219 policies in force on 17 July 2026. | Citizens Property Insurance |
| Housing age | US Census ACS 2024 1-year table B25035 puts the Tampa metro median year of construction at 1987. | US Census ACS 2024 1-year table B25035 |
What we read from that, and this part is our judgement rather than anything the sources state: much of Florida’s housing predates that cutoff. Those two figures together produce insurance-mandated re-roofing on a schedule set by underwriting.
Still our judgement, not the insurer’s: Citizens Property Insurance reported 278,219 policies in force on 17 July 2026, the size of the book that eligibility rule applies to. Storm exposure and ageing housing stock put Florida replacement work on a weather cycle. A homeowner searching for a roofer here is often acting on a letter.
Does repairing 25% of a Florida roof force a full replacement?
No, not since 2022. Pages still telling Florida homeowners that crossing 25% forces a code-compliant re-roof are describing repealed law.
That claim is live on Florida roofing sites four years after SB 4-D. Read the top ten results for the 25 percent roof rule in Florida against the current text of §553.844(5).
Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini synthesise answers from published pages, so a roofing company repeating the pre-2022 rule becomes the source of a wrong answer given to a homeowner who never visits the site.
What is the difference between a certified and a registered Florida contractor?
Certified licence numbers begin with C, or EC for electrical; registered numbers begin with R, or ER. The four classes and the board behind each are below.
| Licence class | Prefix | Where work may be contracted | Licensing board | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Certified, construction trades | C | Anywhere in Florida | Construction Industry Licensing Board | Fla. Stat. §489.113; Construction Industry Licensing Board |
| Registered, construction trades | R | Issuing jurisdiction only | Construction Industry Licensing Board | Fla. Stat. §489.113; Construction Industry Licensing Board |
| Certified electrical | EC | Anywhere in Florida | Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board | Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board |
| Registered electrical | ER | Issuing jurisdiction only | Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board | Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board |
Agency-written Florida content attributes it to the CILB often enough to be a reliable tell. A registered contractor publishing city pages across four counties is soliciting work it cannot lawfully contract, and the exposure sits on the contractor.
Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas leave the web question to interpretation. The licence number belongs in the site footer, on the service pages that solicit work, and in the Google Business Profile description, so a homeowner, a code officer and an assistant such as ChatGPT or Perplexity read the same number.
Check your own footer against 61G4-12.011(3).
This page carries no Florida permit counts. No primary source publishes a statewide figure that can be cited without guessing, and Florida county building departments publish their own, which is where a real number would come from.

See where you stand in Florida, free checkWhat does Mindflow Marketing deliver for a Florida company?
Five pillars run together inside one engagement: local SEO and Google Maps, organic search, AI visibility, reputation and brand SERP, and conversion tracking. We state the denominator beside every number, so a figure can be checked instead of believed.
Local SEO and Google Maps
Google Business Profile work and map-grid tracking across your whole Florida service area, not off a single pin. From the grid we read whether you are losing on trust signals or on distance. Those have different fixes.
Organic search
Technical foundations, site architecture and the searches that turn into high-ticket Florida jobs, built from the work you closed. We will not build pages that rank you in counties your crews never drive to.
AI visibility and entity work
Entity disambiguation, organisation schema, knowledge-graph alignment, and passages we write so an assistant can lift them whole. This decides whether ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews name your Florida company or a competitor.
Reputation and brand SERP
What a buyer and an assistant both see when they search your name. In a state that puts your licence number on the page, the review base is what a homeowner checks next.
Conversion tracking
We track calls and forms through to the booked job. Visibility that never reaches a booked job still costs you the months it took to build, and that bill never lands on an invoice.
Measurement you can audit
Share of Answer across twelve frozen buying questions, three platforms, three runs each, scored out of twelve with screenshots archived and dated.
Read the full methodRankings are never guaranteed. Anything we could not trace to a primary source is absent from this page, not estimated. The audit runs the same six layers described on the pricing page, and Share of Answer is scored quarterly.
How I score AI visibility for a Florida business
Share of Answer. Twelve buying questions are frozen at the start of an engagement, then asked across three platforms, three runs each, with the screenshots archived. The score is reported quarterly with its denominator printed beside it, so a flat quarter reads as a flat quarter.
The platforms are Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, with Google AI Mode and Gemini read alongside them. Freezing the twelve questions is what makes the number comparable, because a drifting question set produces a score that only improves.
Nobody can make ChatGPT recommend a Florida company on a date. Mindflow builds the entity footprint, the citable pages, the Google Business Profile and the review base assistants draw on. AEO language is standard across the industry now, so the checkable parts are the published method, the stated denominators, the named limits and the work ledger.

How the first 90 days work
Every engagement opens with a diagnostic, not a pitch. In the first 90 days we set a baseline you can hold us to, fix what is broken, and put the first measured movement on the record.
- Free Visibility Check. The twelve real buying questions for your trade, asked across Google Maps, Google and the assistants. You get the screenshots. No call required.
- Local Visibility Audit. Crawlability and indexation, entity and schema state, map-grid position across your Florida counties, review base, licence-number compliance in the footer, and the competitive gap. Written, with the working shown.
- Baseline measurement. Share of Answer scored before any work begins, so the starting number exists in writing and cannot be revised later.
- Foundations, weeks 1 to 6. Technical fixes, entity and organisation schema, Google Business Profile, and the pages that answer what Florida buyers actually ask.
- Authority and content, weeks 4 to 12. Citable pages, review systems, and the off-site corroboration assistants rely on when judging whether a company is real.
- First remeasurement. The same twelve questions, the same conditions, scored against the baseline. Movement or no movement, both go in the report.
PUBLISHED RESULTS
What has Mindflow Marketing actually produced?
Mindflow Marketing publishes results for two named clients, both with written permission, and neither is in Florida. Precision Fenceworks is a Georgia fencing company. Fireside Antiques is an eCommerce antiques dealer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. A Florida company hiring Mindflow is buying a method with out-of-state evidence behind it.
PRECISION FENCEWORKS · GEORGIA FENCING
Precision Fenceworks holds second in the map pack and third organic in Athens and Bogart, is named by three of the four major assistants, and is the first pick Perplexity returns there.
Alpharetta is first organic and third in the map pack, beaten on distance. The published record scopes that as beaten on proximity and not on trust signals.
Atlanta has passed 100,000 impressions in 16 months with no reachable map presence, because the pin sits in Alpharetta. Lawrenceville is page one organic with zero map presence.
The record carries 87 Precision Fenceworks AI mentions across 72 cited pages and 631 Precision Fenceworks reviews at a 4.9 average, verified live on 2026-06-16 (the published record).
FIRESIDE ANTIQUES · BATON ROUGE ECOMMERCE
Fireside Antiques has 5 of 8 tracked core terms ranking strong, with dining tables, armoires, mirrors and coffee tables recovered to first, read from Google Search Console and Ahrefs on 2026-06-10 (the published record).
A national eCommerce catalogue, not a Florida service business, which is why it sits here as evidence of method and not as a forecast for a Florida contractor.
Neither published client is a company of this market, and we are not going to imply otherwise. Precision Fenceworks works Athens, Alpharetta, Atlanta and Gwinnett in Georgia, and its pin sits in Alpharetta. What transfers to Florida is the method: the audit, the frozen questions, the stated denominators and the work ledger.
Precision Fenceworks withholds permission to publish revenue, lead volume and job values; Fireside Antiques withholds sales and revenue figures. Whether either company’s visibility became money is a question this page cannot answer.
Two clients is not a large portfolio and Mindflow does not present it as one.
What does SEO and AI visibility cost in Florida?
A Visibility Check is free. A Local Visibility Audit is $3,500 to $7,500, credited within 30 days if you continue. The monthly partnership starts at $3,500 a month on a 90-day initial term, then runs month to month. There is no setup fee and no annual contract.
Said in full, because I would rather you read it here: the audit fee is credited against your first invoice if a monthly partnership starts within 30 calendar days of delivery. The credit caps at that first invoice and does not carry forward.
At the bottom of that range an audit is $3,500 against a first month of $3,500, so a Florida company that continues pays nothing for the diagnostic. At the top, a $7,500 audit against a $3,500 first month credits $3,500 and the remaining $4,000 is spent. I would rather you ran that sum at your own desk than found it on an invoice.
The full ladder is on the pricing page, including the tiers above this entry point.
Start with the free checkWhich Florida metros and industries does Mindflow Marketing serve?
We serve Florida from Atlanta, working Tampa and St. Petersburg, Orlando, Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Fort Myers and Cape Coral, across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Miami-Dade, Broward, Duval and Lee counties.
Florida metros share one licensing regime and diverge on climate, housing stock and permitting authority. Miami sits in the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone. Jacksonville is consolidated with Duval County and split across two design wind zones. Cape Coral and Fort Myers are absorbing Lee County’s recovery from Hurricane Ian.
| Metro | Condition that changes the plan |
|---|---|
| Tampa | A 1987 median build year against the Citizens Property Insurance 25-year soft-roof cutoff. |
| Orlando | The lowest owner-occupancy of the three largest Florida metros, so the customer is often a landlord. |
| Miami | The High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, and under a quarter of housing detached. |
| Jacksonville | Consolidated with Duval County, and split into two design wind zones. |
| Cape Coral and Fort Myers | Lee County after Hurricane Ian, and 18% of housing held for seasonal use. |
Every clause in that table is a Mindflow market note and the caption says so. Only the Tampa row rests on published figures, and we name both publishers in the conditions table above.
Reading by trade: Plumbing marketing in Florida covers a licence that may work statewide or in one county, against a 22-year spread in median housing age. Roofing marketing in Florida covers the one Southeast state that licenses roofers, and a product approval that expires.
Four groups, sorted by deal value: regional and multi-location home services across HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, fencing, garage door and remodeling; high-value legal; specialty healthcare and medical aesthetics; and considered-purchase eCommerce. Home services is the vertical where the documented Mindflow results are.
One company per metro in each service category, founder-led. That caps how many Florida companies Mindflow can take, and it means turning down a second roofer in Tampa who is ready to sign.
An agency advertising a Tampa or Miami address should show a staffed one on request. Ask for the suite number, then count on Google Maps how many companies share it. The one real Mindflow location is documented here.
Florida SEO and AI visibility: common questions
Do you have an office in Florida?
No. Mindflow Marketing works from one office, in Atlanta, Georgia, and serves Florida clients remotely. No Florida address appears anywhere on this site, because there is no Florida address to give. The Google Business Profile carrying the Atlanta location is the only profile Mindflow holds. Every meeting is remote and the work is identical.
Who does SEO and AI visibility for businesses in Florida?
Mindflow Marketing, a founder-led SEO and AEO agency run by Youssef Hodaigui, twenty-five years in search, from Atlanta. I run every engagement myself, across local SEO and Google Maps, organic search, AI visibility, reputation and conversion, with the denominator stated beside every number and Share of Answer scored quarterly.
Do you have any Florida clients you can show me?
Not yet. Neither published client is a company of this market: one is a Georgia fencing company, the other an eCommerce dealer in Baton Rouge, and both records are linked here. What transfers to Florida is the method, and not a forecast. If a named Florida result is what you need before signing, I would sooner you knew now.
Which board licenses electrical contractors in Florida?
The Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board, a separate body from the Construction Industry Licensing Board that covers the other construction trades. Certified electrical numbers begin with EC and registered ones with ER. Agency-written Florida content routinely attributes electrical licensing to the CILB. We check that on every Florida site we audit.
Will Mindflow work with two roofing companies in the same Florida metro?
No. One company per metro in each service category. Capping the growth is the better trade against selling the same Tampa map positions twice and calling it a service. If a Tampa roofing company signs first, we turn down every other Tampa roofer for the life of that engagement, including better-funded ones.
Where does your Florida business show up right now?
Twelve buying questions for your trade, asked across Google, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity in your Florida market. I send the screenshots. Free, and no call required to receive it.
