FOUNDER-LED

Mindflow Marketing was founded by Youssef Hodaigui, twenty-five years in search, and he runs every engagement personally.

NO TEXAS OFFICE

Mindflow works Texas from Atlanta, with no Texas office and no Texas client. We will not open a mailbox in Houston to look local.

PRICING IN PUBLIC

Every rate is on the pricing page. No quote call required to learn what this costs.

ONE PER CATEGORY

One company per metro in each service category. Your Texas competitor cannot buy the same seat.

WHERE WE ACTUALLY ARE

Mindflow Marketing works from one office, in Brookhaven, Atlanta, Georgia, and Texas is a service area. Mindflow holds no Texas address, no Texas Google Business Profile and no Texas team. Every Texas engagement runs remotely, founder-led by Youssef Hodaigui, with the monthly report and Share of Answer scored quarterly against archived screenshots.

A Texas company that wants somebody in the room in Houston should hire somebody in Houston. The one Mindflow location is in Atlanta.

What is AI visibility, and how is it different from SEO?

AI visibility, also called answer engine optimization or AEO, is the practice of getting a business named inside AI-generated answers. SEO earns a ranked link a buyer clicks. AEO earns a mention inside the answer itself, in Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini, where no click may ever happen.

The two run on overlapping machinery. Google states that its generative features are rooted in its core Search ranking and quality systems, so a page has to be indexed and eligible before it can be quoted. Classic SEO is the floor, not an alternative to it.

What sits above that floor is different work. An assistant is choosing which Texas businesses to name, and it draws on how clearly your company is defined as an entity, how consistently it is described across the web, what independent sources say about it, and whether your pages answer the question in a passage it can lift whole.

Nobody can force a recommendation. We build the entity footprint, the citable pages and the review base the assistants draw on, then we score where you land on twelve frozen buying questions across three platforms each quarter, with the screenshots archived and dated.

THE MARKET

What actually shapes a Texas search plan?

Two things separate Texas from the other states we work. The state licenses only part of the trade list, and the trades it does licence carry a disclosure duty that reaches the website itself. Both decide what a Texas buyer can check about you before the phone rings.

Texas Administrative Code 22 TAC §367.10(c) requires a plumbing company’s licence number in advertising regardless of the type of media used, the clearest digital wording in the six states Mindflow Marketing serves.

Which Texas trades have to put a licence number in their advertising?

Three Texas trades carry an explicit advertising-disclosure duty: HVAC under 16 TAC §75.71(h), electrical under 16 TAC §73.51(e), and plumbing under 22 TAC §367.10(c). Roofing, fencing, garage door and general contracting hold no Texas state licence with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, so they have nothing to disclose.

Texas advertising-disclosure duty by trade, under the Texas Administrative Code and the TDLR regulated-industries list, checked 2026-07-25
Trade What the duty reaches Wording on media in the rule text Source
HVACAdvertisements, vehicles, invoices, proposalsMedia type not named16 TAC §75.71(h)
ElectricalAdvertisements, vehicles, invoices, proposals, business cardsMedia type not named16 TAC §73.51(e)
PlumbingAdvertisements, vehicles, invoices, proposals, business cardsApplies regardless of the type of media used22 TAC §367.10(c)
Roofing, fencing, garage door, general contractingNo disclosure dutyNot applicableNo Texas state licence (TDLR)

The next sentence is our reading of that rule and not something the code states. 22 TAC §367.10(c) settles for a Texas plumbing company what Georgia, Tennessee and North Carolina left to interpretation: the number belongs in the footer, on every service page and in the Google Business Profile description.

Open your own footer and check. Plenty of Texas plumbing sites built by agencies selling AEO carry the number on the truck and leave it off the page Google indexes.

How does a Texas roofing company prove it is legitimate with no state licence?

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation licenses no roofers, fencers or general contractors. Half the trade list has no state register at all.

Here is what that costs a roofing company. Because Texas licenses no roofing contractors, a Texas roofing company has no state register a buyer can check, so credibility gets built from documents with issuers attached: manufacturer certifications, insurance carriers and limits, city registration where it exists, and reviews tied to named jobs.

The City of San Antonio is the exception. San Antonio Code of Ordinances Chapter 10 section 10-115, added by Ordinance No. 2025-01-30-0075 and effective 1 May 2025, requires contractor registration covering roofs and fences, with insurance minimums written in.

The next line is our reading, not the ordinance’s. A San Antonio roofer has a number to publish. A Dallas roofer has none.

Texas House Bill 2102, 86th Legislature 2019, effective 1 September 2019, added Insurance Code Chapter 707 and amended Business and Commerce Code section 27.02, governing roofing work paid through an insurance claim.

That is the statute, and the next sentence is our reading of it. A Texas roofing page describing deductible handling loosely describes conduct that statute covers.

Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini have no Texas roofing register to anchor on, so the answer gets assembled from third-party pages the company does not own. That makes off-site citation surfaces worth more in Texas than in Florida, where Florida Administrative Code 61G4-12.011(3) puts a checkable licence number on every compliant contractor site.

How do Texas metros differ for local search?

Texas state rules set a floor identical in every metro. What differs is climate, housing age, storm reporting and which body issues the permit. Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio each change the plan, and San Antonio alone registers roofing and fencing contractors.

Texas metro conditions that change a local search plan, checked 2026-07-28
Metro Condition that changes the plan Source
HoustonNo zoning, and unincorporated Harris County issues no trade permitsCity of Houston Chapter 42; Harris County Engineer permit list
Dallas–Fort Worth602 logged hail events in ten years across Dallas and Tarrant counties, 164 of them in 2024NOAA NCEI Storm Events Database 2015–2024, counted by county
Dallas–Fort Wortha bimodal housing profileMindflow observation, not a published source
Austinmedian build year 2002US Census ACS 2020–2024 table B25035
Austina pre-sale HVAC audit ordinanceCity of Austin ECAD ordinances
San AntonioCity registration covers roofing and fencing where the state licenses neitherSan Antonio Chapter 10 section 10-115, effective 1 May 2025; TDLR regulated-industries list

What we read from that, and this part is our judgement rather than anything the sources state: the hail count points Dallas–Fort Worth work at storm response, and Austin housing age points its work mix at maintenance ahead of replacement. The newest housing stock in Texas, median build year 2002, nine years newer than the other three metros, is the Austin figure behind that reading.

The 602 figure counts individual hail reports in the NOAA NCEI Storm Events Database, not distinct storms, and carries no loss data. A Dallas–Fort Worth roofing page converting it into a damage figure states something the database does not hold.

What does Mindflow Marketing deliver for a Texas company?

Six pillars run together inside one engagement: local SEO and Google Maps, organic search, AI visibility and entity work, reputation and brand SERP, conversion tracking, and measurement you can audit. Every number we hand you carries its denominator, so a figure can be checked instead of believed.

Local SEO and Google Maps

Google Business Profile work and map-grid tracking read across the whole metro you sell in, not off a single pin. A grid tells you whether you are losing on trust signals or losing on distance, and those two have different fixes.

Organic search

Technical foundations, site architecture and the searches that turn into high-ticket Texas jobs, built from the work you actually closed. Pages built from a keyword tool instead rank you in counties your crews will never drive to.

AI visibility and entity work

Entity disambiguation, organisation schema, knowledge-graph alignment and passages written so an assistant can lift them whole. This decides whether ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews name your Texas company or a competitor down the road.

Reputation and brand SERP

What a buyer and an assistant both see when they search your name. For the Texas trades the state does not licence, this carries the weight a register entry carries in states that do.

Conversion tracking

Calls and forms tracked through to the booked job. Visibility that never reaches a booked job still costs you the months it took to build, and that bill never appears on an invoice.

Measurement you can audit

Share of Answer across twelve frozen buying questions, three platforms, three runs each, scored out of twelve with screenshots archived and dated.

Rankings are never guaranteed. Anything we could not trace to a primary source is absent from this page, not estimated. The audit runs the same six layers described on the pricing page, and Share of Answer is scored quarterly.

How the first 90 days work

Every engagement opens with a diagnostic, not a pitch. The first 90 days give you a baseline you can hold me to, fix what is structurally broken, and put the first measured movement on the record.

  1. Free Visibility Check. The twelve real buying questions for your trade, asked across Google Maps, Google and the assistants in your Texas metro. You get the screenshots. No call required to receive it.
  2. Local Visibility Audit. Crawlability and indexation, entity and schema state, map-grid position across your metro, review base, licence disclosure where your trade carries one, and the competitive gap. Delivered written, with the working shown.
  3. Baseline measurement. Share of Answer scored before any work begins, so the starting number exists in writing and cannot be revised later.
  4. Foundations, weeks 1 to 6. Technical fixes, entity and organisation schema, Google Business Profile, and the pages that answer the questions Texas buyers actually ask.
  5. Authority and content, weeks 4 to 12. Citable pages, review systems, and the off-site corroboration assistants rely on when deciding whether a company is real.
  6. First remeasurement. The same twelve questions, the same conditions, scored against the baseline. Movement or no movement, both go in the report.

How does Mindflow measure AI visibility for a Texas business?

Share of Answer, measured quarterly. Twelve buying questions are frozen at the start, asked across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, three runs each, with screenshots archived so any score can be re-read later. Every number is reported with its denominator beside it.

  1. Freeze twelve buying questions a Texas customer types, taken from closed jobs.
  2. Ask each on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, three runs per platform.
  3. Record mention, recommendation and citation separately, archiving the screenshot.
  4. Report the score out of twelve per platform, denominator attached.

That gives thirty-six observations a quarter, and the questions stay fixed so a change in the score means a change in the answers. Nobody can date when Google AI Mode or ChatGPT starts recommending a Texas company.

Mindflow has run no Share of Answer baseline in any Texas metro, so this page carries no Texas visibility figure until a Texas client is measured.

PUBLISHED RESULTS · VERIFIED 2026-06-16

What results has Mindflow published, and are any of them in Texas?

No Texas results exist. Mindflow Marketing publishes results for two named clients, both with written permission: Precision Fenceworks, a Georgia fencing company, and Fireside Antiques, an antiques eCommerce dealer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Two clients is not a large portfolio, and Mindflow does not present it as one.

Precision Fenceworks is a Georgia fence company that works Athens, Alpharetta, Atlanta and Gwinnett. Neither published client is a company of this market, so read both records as evidence of method.

Precision Fenceworks holds second in the Google map pack and third organic in Athens and Bogart, Georgia, where three of the four major assistants name it and Perplexity gives it as first pick. In Alpharetta it is first organic and third in the map pack, beaten on distance. Verified live 2026-06-16.

The published record scopes the Alpharetta finding precisely: beaten on proximity rather than on trust signals.

In Atlanta the same client has passed 100,000 impressions in sixteen months with no reachable map presence, because the Google Business Profile pin sits in Alpharetta. In Lawrenceville it reaches page one organic with zero map presence. Across AI answers the record is 87 mentions over 72 cited pages, against 631 Precision Fenceworks Google reviews at 4.9.

Fireside Antiques, the Baton Rouge, Louisiana eCommerce client, has five of eight tracked core terms ranking strong, with dining tables, armoires, mirrors and coffee tables recovered to first position, from Google Search Console and Ahrefs data pulled 2026-06-10.

Revenue and lead volume are absent from both records by client permission, and neither client sits in Texas. Job values sit outside that permission too, so we cannot tell you whether this visibility became money.

A Texas roofing company that wants an agency which has already ranked a Texas roofer should hire a different agency.

What does Mindflow charge a Texas company?

A Visibility Check is free. A Local Visibility Audit is $3,500 to $7,500, credited within 30 days if you continue. The monthly partnership starts at $3,500 a month on a 90-day initial term, then runs month to month. There is no setup fee and no annual contract.

In full: the audit fee credits against your first invoice if a monthly partnership starts within 30 calendar days of delivery, the credit caps at that first invoice, and it does not carry forward.

At the bottom of that range a Texas audit is $3,500 against a first month of $3,500, so the diagnostic costs nothing if you continue. At the top, a $7,500 audit against a $3,500 first month credits $3,500 and the remaining $4,000 is spent.

We would rather you ran that sum at your own desk than found it on an invoice.

The full ladder, with what sits inside each higher tier, is on the pricing page.

Which Texas metros and industries does Mindflow Marketing serve?

We serve Texas from Atlanta, across Houston and Harris County, Dallas–Fort Worth over Dallas and Tarrant counties, Austin and Travis County, and San Antonio and Bexar County, with the suburbs around each: Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Round Rock, Cedar Park, New Braunfels and Schertz.

Mindflow Marketing works with established Texas companies in four categories: home services, high-value legal, specialty healthcare and considered-purchase eCommerce. The qualifier is deal value. One won job has to cover months of the work, and the buying journey has to be long enough that Google and AI answers fall inside it.

Home services means regional and multi-location HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, fencing, garage door and remodeling companies, and holds the documented results.

Mindflow takes one company per metro in each service category, so Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio hold one roofing seat each. Once a seat is taken, the rest of that trade in that metro gets turned down. That is a cap on revenue as much as on conflict.

Metros: Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio. By trade: HVAC in Texas, a licence required in every permanent location and a capital city on a different mechanical code, and roofing in Texas, no state licence, one city that registers roofers, and a statute governing every insurance contract.

Every state and metro we cover sits on the markets hub, and the office itself is documented on the Atlanta location page.

Texas SEO and AI visibility: common questions

Do you have an office in Texas?

No. Mindflow Marketing works from one office, in Brookhaven, Atlanta, Georgia. Texas is a service area and this page says so plainly. Every Texas engagement runs remotely and founder-led, with the monthly report, Share of Answer scored quarterly, and archived screenshots. A Texas company that wants somebody in the room in Houston should hire somebody in Houston.

Who does SEO and AI visibility for a Texas business?

Mindflow Marketing, a founder-led SEO and AEO agency run by Youssef Hodaigui, twenty-five years in search, from Atlanta, serving Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio. One founder runs every engagement across local SEO and Google Maps, organic search, AI visibility, reputation and conversion, with the denominator stated beside every number and Share of Answer scored quarterly.

Do you have any Texas clients you can show me?

No. Mindflow publishes two named clients: Precision Fenceworks in Georgia, verified live 2026-06-16, and Fireside Antiques in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, from data pulled 2026-06-10. Neither is in Texas. The method, the sampling protocol and a real report are published so a Texas company can judge the work before there is a Texas result.

Does Texas require my licence number on my website?

It depends on the trade. HVAC, electrical and plumbing carry an advertising-disclosure duty under 16 TAC §75.71(h), 16 TAC §73.51(e) and 22 TAC §367.10(c), and the plumbing rule applies regardless of the type of media used. Roofing, fencing, garage door and general contracting hold no Texas state licence, so there is nothing to disclose.

Would you take two roofing companies in the same Texas metro?

No. One company per metro in each service category, so Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio hold one roofing seat each. It caps how large Mindflow can get, and that is the trade for never selling the same map positions twice in one city.

Where does your Texas business show up right now?

Twelve buying questions for your trade, asked across Google, the map and the assistants in your Texas metro. Free, with screenshots, and no call required to receive it.
