Jacksonville SEO and AI Visibility Agency
Mindflow Marketing gets Jacksonville companies found on Google and named by the AI engines buyers ask first: Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. We are founder-led, we work from Atlanta, and we publish our pricing and our method.
87
AI mentions across 72 cited pages, for one published client
3 of 4
major assistants naming that client in Athens, where it ranks second in the map pack
$3,500
monthly starting rate, published, no annual contract
Founded by Youssef Hodaigui, twenty-five years in search, and he runs every engagement himself.
Our office is in Atlanta and we serve Jacksonville from there. We will not open a mailbox here to look local.
Every rate is on the pricing page. No quote call needed to learn the cost.
One company per metro in each service category. Your competitor cannot buy the same seat.
What is AI visibility, and how is it different from SEO?
AI visibility, also called answer engine optimization or AEO, is the practice of getting a business named inside AI-generated answers. SEO earns a ranked link a buyer clicks. AEO earns a mention inside the answer itself, in Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini, where no click may ever happen.
Google states that its generative features are rooted in its core Search ranking and quality systems, so a page must be indexed and eligible before it can be quoted. Classic SEO is the floor everything stacks on.
Above that floor the work is different. An assistant is choosing which Jacksonville businesses to name, drawing on how clearly your company is defined as an entity, how consistently the web describes it, what independent sources say, and whether a page answers in a passage it can lift whole.
Nobody can force a recommendation. We build the entity footprint, the citable pages and the review base assistants draw on, then score where you land on twelve frozen buying questions across three platforms each quarter, screenshots archived.
What actually shapes a Jacksonville search plan?
Four things set Jacksonville apart: a boundary that is also a county line, a wind speed that changes mid-county, four municipalities the city cannot permit, and a storm record with empty damage fields.
- The city covers 747 square miles because it is consolidated with Duval County
- City housing is 59.2% detached against Miami city’s 22.4%
- Design wind speed splits 125 and 130 mph along the river and I-95
- Storm damage fields here are zero-filled by convention, not by absence of loss
| Condition | What it is | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Consolidated jurisdiction | Jacksonville consolidated with Duval County in 1968, and the charter states that its jurisdiction runs throughout the county. The city covers 747.3 square miles of land against the county’s 762.6. | Charter of the City of Jacksonville, sections 1.01(b), 1.02(a) and 2.01; US Census 2024 Gazetteer for land area |
| Municipal power | The 15-square-mile difference is four separate municipalities, and section 3.02 of the charter says plainly that Jacksonville may not exercise municipal power within them. | Charter of the City of Jacksonville, section 3.02 |
| Housing stock | On ACS 2020–2024 five-year estimates the city records 59.2% single-family detached and 57.6% owner-occupancy, against Miami city’s 22.4% and 30.8%. The city-to-metro gap is correspondingly small: 4.5 points on detached share and 8.9 on ownership, against Miami’s 18.6 and 29.7. | US Census ACS 2020–2024 five-year estimates, tables B25003, B25024 and B25035 |
| Household income | Median household income is $69,872 in the city and $79,643 across the five-county metro. | US Census ACS 2020–2024 five-year estimates, table B19013 |
| Design wind speed | The City’s window and door replacement worksheet, revised 3 April 2026, sets 125 mph west and 130 mph east of a demarcation line that runs up the centre of the St Johns River to Interstate 95 at the Fuller Warren Bridge, and then north along I-95 to the county line. | City of Jacksonville Building Inspection Division, Window and Door Replacement Worksheet revised 3 April 2026 |
| Wind-borne debris region | Jacksonville is not in the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, which covers only Broward and Miami-Dade. The 8th Edition code adopts ASCE 7-22, which replaced the older one-mile-from-the-coast test: above 140 mph a site is in the region regardless of exposure, and between 130 and 140 mph only where an Exposure D condition exists at the waterline. | Florida Building Commission and University of Florida interim report on wind-borne debris regions under ASCE 7-22, 15 December 2024 |
| Permits and codes | The City of Jacksonville Building Inspection Division issues permits across the consolidated government, with separate fees for electrical, plumbing and mechanical work. Codes are the Florida Building Code 8th Edition together with the 2020 National Electrical Code. | City of Jacksonville Building Inspection Division adopted codes |
| Separate building departments | Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach each run their own building departments, and Baldwin is the fourth municipality outside city jurisdiction. | Charter of the City of Jacksonville, section 3.02; municipal building departments |
| Climate load | 1,350 annual heating degree days against 2,664 cooling. | NOAA NCEI U.S. Climate Normals 1991–2020, station USW00013889 (Jacksonville International) |
| Storm record | Duval logged 35 distinct hail dates and 10 tornado dates across 2015 to 2024, and not one of those records carries a non-zero property damage figure. The only material figure in the decade is $10.0 million against coastal Duval for Hurricane Dorian in September 2019. Hurricane Irma’s Duval records all read zero despite a recorded storm tide near three feet above mean higher high water at Mayport. | NOAA NCEI Storm Events Database 2015–2024, Duval County |
What we read from that, and this part is our judgement rather than anything the sources state: Targeting the city here works, where in Miami or Columbia it would waste most of the budget.
Still our reading: that structure changes every housing figure. A company working the beaches is working a different counter from the one it uses ten miles inland.
Jacksonville city is 2.6 times as detached and 1.9 times as owner-occupied as Miami city, because its boundary is a county rather than an urban core.
Eastern Duval sits at 130 mph, so debris-region status there is site-specific rather than countywide, and it is a question for the building official on the address rather than an assumption.
On storm exposure, read the record carefully. That is a reporting convention rather than a finding: the local office zero-fills the field. We give the dates and decline to total the dollars.

See where you stand in JacksonvilleWhat does Mindflow Marketing deliver for a Jacksonville company?
Five pillars run inside one engagement, and we state the denominator beside every number.
Local SEO and Google Maps
Google Business Profile work and map-grid tracking across the whole consolidated county, not off a single pin. A grid shows whether you lose on trust signals or on distance.
Organic search
Technical foundations, architecture and the searches that become high-ticket Jacksonville jobs. Keyword-tool pages rank you where crews never drive.
AI visibility and entity work
Entity disambiguation, organisation schema, knowledge-graph alignment and passages an assistant can lift whole. This decides whether ChatGPT, Perplexity or AI Overviews name you.
Reputation and brand SERP
What a buyer and an assistant see when they search your name. With the permit trail split across four counters, a consistent name and a live review base do the vouching.
Conversion tracking
Calls and forms tracked through to the booked job. Visibility that never reaches one still costs the months it took to build.
Measurement you can audit
Share of Answer across twelve frozen buying questions, three platforms, three runs each, scored quarterly with screenshots archived and dated.
Read the full methodRankings are never guaranteed. Anything we could not trace to a primary source is absent from this page, not estimated. The audit runs the same six layers described on the pricing page, and Share of Answer is scored quarterly.
How the first 90 days work
Every engagement opens with a diagnostic, not a pitch. The first 90 days set a baseline you can hold us to.
- Free Visibility Check. The twelve real buying questions for your trade, across Google Maps, Google and the assistants. You get the screenshots.
- Local Visibility Audit. Crawlability, indexation, entity and schema state, map-grid position across Duval and its neighbours, review base, competitive gap.
- Baseline measurement. Share of Answer scored before any work begins, so the starting number exists in writing.
- Foundations, weeks 1 to 6. Technical fixes, entity and organisation schema, Google Business Profile, and pages answering what buyers ask.
- Authority and content, weeks 4 to 12. Citable pages, review systems, and the off-site corroboration assistants use to judge a company real.
- First remeasurement. The same twelve questions, same conditions, scored against the baseline. Movement or none, both go in the report.
PUBLISHED RESULTS
What has Mindflow Marketing actually produced?
Two clients have given written permission to publish their numbers, and neither is a company of this market. Precision Fenceworks is a Georgia fence company, verified live 2026-06-16. Fireside Antiques is a Baton Rouge, Louisiana eCommerce dealer, Search Console and Ahrefs data pulled 2026-06-10.
PRECISION FENCEWORKS · GEORGIA
Precision Fenceworks sits second in the Athens and Bogart map pack and third organic, named by three of the four major assistants with Perplexity giving them as its first pick. In Alpharetta, first organic and third map pack, beaten on distance. In Lawrenceville, page one organic, zero map presence.
In Atlanta the same client has no reachable map presence against 100,000-plus impressions in sixteen months. Their pin sits in Alpharetta. Precision Fenceworks holds 87 AI mentions across 72 cited pages and 631 Precision Fenceworks reviews at a 4.9 average.
FIRESIDE ANTIQUES · LOUISIANA
Fireside Antiques has five of eight tracked core terms ranking strong, with dining tables, armoires, mirrors and coffee tables recovered to first position.
A Baton Rouge catalogue, evidence of method and not a forecast for a Jacksonville contractor.
Neither client is in Jacksonville and we will not imply otherwise. What transfers is the method: the audit, the frozen questions, the stated denominators.
What we cannot show: revenue, lead volume and job values for Precision Fenceworks, sales and revenue for Fireside Antiques. So we cannot say whether this visibility became money. Two clients is not a large portfolio and we are not going to present it as one.
What does SEO and AI visibility cost in Jacksonville?
We publish every rate. A Visibility Check is free. A Local Visibility Audit is $3,500 to $7,500 and credits against your first invoice if you start a monthly partnership within 30 calendar days. That partnership starts at $3,500 a month on a 90-day initial term, then month to month. No setup fee, no annual contract.
The credit caps at that first invoice and does not carry forward. At the bottom of the range a $3,500 audit against a $3,500 first month costs you nothing if you continue. At the top, a $7,500 audit against a $3,500 first month credits $3,500 and the remaining $4,000 is spent. Run that sum at your own desk before you sign.
The full ladder is on the pricing page.
Start with the free checkWhich Jacksonville areas and industries does Mindflow Marketing serve?
We serve the Jacksonville metro from Atlanta. Inside the city: Riverside, Avondale, San Marco, Springfield, Murray Hill, Mandarin, Arlington and the Northside.
Outside it: Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Middleburg, Fernandina Beach, Yulee, Macclenny and Baldwin, across Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Nassau and Baker counties.
We work with established home-services companies in roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fencing, garage door and remodeling, plus legal, specialty healthcare and eCommerce. The thread is deal value: one won job pays for months of work.
By trade: roofing marketing in Florida and plumbing marketing in Florida. Licensing and disclosure rules apply statewide and sit in the Florida market notes.
What do Jacksonville owners ask us before signing?
Do you have an office in Jacksonville?
No. Our office is in Atlanta and we serve Jacksonville from there. We will not rent a mailbox on the Southbank to look local, because a fake address is what gets a Google Business Profile suspended. Every meeting is remote and the work is identical.
Do you have any Jacksonville clients you can show me?
Not yet. The two clients who gave permission to publish are in Georgia and Louisiana, and both are linked on this page. Neither is a Jacksonville company. What transfers is the method, not a forecast for your street. If you need a named local result before signing, better you know now.
Which wind speed applies to my job?
125 mph west of the demarcation line and 130 mph east of it, the line running up the centre of the St Johns River to I-95 at the Fuller Warren Bridge and then north. Confirm the side with the building official for the specific address.
Does the city permit work at the beaches?
No. Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach run their own building departments, and the charter bars the city from exercising municipal power in them or in Baldwin. For a company selling across the whole county that is four counters to keep straight.
Will you work with my competitor in Jacksonville?
No. We take one company per metro in each service category. If a Jacksonville roofing company signs first, we turn down every other Jacksonville roofer for the life of that engagement. It caps how large this agency can grow, and that is a trade we accept.
Where does your business show up in Jacksonville right now?
We ask the twelve real buying questions for your trade across Google Maps, Google and the AI assistants, then send the screenshots. Free, no call needed.
