Mindflow Marketing was founded by Youssef Hodaigui, twenty-five years in search, and he runs every engagement personally.
The office is in Atlanta and the Orlando work is served from there. We will not open a mailbox to look local.
Every rate is on the pricing page. No quote call required to learn what this costs.
One company per metro in each service category. Your Orlando competitor cannot buy the same seat.
What is AI visibility, and how is it different from SEO?
AI visibility, also called answer engine optimization or AEO, is the practice of getting a business named inside AI-generated answers. SEO earns a ranked link a buyer clicks. AEO earns a mention inside the answer itself, in Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini, where no click may ever happen.
The two run on overlapping machinery. Google states that its generative features are rooted in its core Search ranking and quality systems, so a page has to be indexed and eligible before it can be quoted. Classic SEO is the floor, not an alternative to it.
What sits above that floor is different work. An assistant is choosing which Orlando businesses to name, and it draws on how clearly your company is defined as an entity, how consistently it is described across the web, what independent sources say about it, and whether your pages answer the question in a passage it can lift whole.
Nobody can force a recommendation. Mindflow Marketing builds the entity footprint, the citable pages and the review base the assistants draw on, then scores where you land on twelve frozen buying questions across three platforms each quarter, with the screenshots archived and dated.
What actually shapes an Orlando search plan?
Orlando is the market where I check the scope on a number before I spend against it. Five things shape a plan here: the gap between city and metro on tenure and housing type, the employment mix, the storm record, the climate load, and a licence picture that splits by trade. Each row below names its own source.
| Condition | What it is | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Tenure and housing type, city | Orlando city is 37.2% owner-occupied, the lowest of the three Southeast metros we track by roughly thirteen points, and only 32.1% of city housing units are single-family detached. | US Census QuickFacts; ACS 2024 1-year tables B25003, B25024, B25035 |
| Tenure and housing type, metro | At metro level both figures rise sharply, to 61.7% owner-occupancy and 58.6% detached. | US Census QuickFacts; ACS 2024 1-year tables B25003, B25024, B25035 |
| Employment mix | Per BLS May 2024 occupational data, food preparation and serving occupations account for 162,010 jobs, 11.6% of Orlando metro employment against 8.8% nationally. A location quotient of 1.31, with restaurant cooks at 1.77. | BLS Occupational Employment and Wages, Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford, May 2024 |
| Storm exposure | The Florida Building Commission and University of Florida ESSIE interim report on wind-borne debris regions records that for Hurricane Charley in 2004, damage was observed in Orlando, with wind-borne debris damage noted in several locations more than three miles from the coast. | FBC/DBPR and UF ESSIE Wind-borne Debris Regions interim report |
| Climate load | The climate profile is decisively cooling-dominated: Orlando International records 3,424 annual cooling degree days against 571 heating in the NOAA 1991–2020 normals. | NOAA NCEI 1991–2020 Normals, station USW00012815 |
| Contractor registration | For contractor registration, Orlando accepts three tiers, state-certified, state-registered, and limited specialty contractors not regulated by the state, with a surety bond of at least $5,000 for state-registered and $1,000 for limited specialty. | City of Orlando contractor registration |
| State licensure | Florida licenses air conditioning, mechanical, plumbing and roofing under Chapter 489, and electrical separately under Part II. | Chapter 489, and Part II for electrical |
What we read from that, and this part is our judgement rather than anything the sources state: the Orlando city buyer is far more often a landlord, a property manager, an HOA or an investor-owner than the person living in the house, which inverts the Charlotte and Tampa metro picture.
Still our reading, not the agencies’. A near-single-peak market, with none of the winter emergency season that Charlotte has. So we plan the Orlando content calendar around one long cooling season and one storm season, and we stop pretending a winter push exists.
The registration tiers are the row I lean on hardest, and the reading is mine. That is the cleanest public evidence anywhere that fencing and garage-door work sits outside Florida state certification and is registered locally instead.
Roofing licensure is the distinguishing feature against Texas, Georgia and North Carolina, where roofing carries no state licence at all. For an Orlando roofer that is a trust signal sitting unused on most competitor sites.
Fencing has no Florida state licence. A local one survives only where the local government imposed the requirement before 1 January 2021, so a fence company operating across Central Florida needs to check jurisdiction by jurisdiction rather than assume a statewide answer.

Five pillars run together inside one engagement: local SEO and Google Maps, organic search, AI visibility, reputation and brand SERP, and conversion tracking. Each one is reported with the denominator stated beside the number, so a figure can be checked instead of believed.
Local SEO and Google Maps
Google Business Profile work and map-grid tracking read across Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties, not off a single pin. A grid tells you whether you are losing on trust signals or losing on distance, and those have different fixes.
Organic search
Technical foundations, site architecture and the searches that turn into high-ticket Orlando jobs, built from the work you actually closed. Pages built from a keyword tool instead rank you in counties your crews will never drive to.
AI visibility and entity work
Entity disambiguation, organisation schema, knowledge-graph alignment and passages written so an assistant can lift them whole. This decides whether ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews name your Orlando company or a competitor.
Reputation and brand SERP
What a buyer and an assistant both see when they search your name. Review velocity and recency move this more than raw volume, and both feed what an AI engine reports back about you.
Conversion tracking
Calls and forms tracked through to the booked job. Visibility that never reaches a booked job still costs you the months it took to build, and that bill never appears on an invoice.
Measurement you can audit
Share of Answer across twelve frozen buying questions, three platforms, three runs each, scored out of twelve every quarter with screenshots archived and dated.
Read the full methodRankings are never guaranteed. Anything we could not trace to a primary source is absent from this page, not estimated. The audit runs the same six layers described on the pricing page, and Share of Answer is scored quarterly.
How the first 90 days work
Every Mindflow Marketing engagement opens with a diagnostic, not a pitch. The first 90 days establish a baseline you can hold us to, fix what is structurally broken, and put the first measured movement on the record.
- Free Visibility Check. The twelve real buying questions for your trade, asked across Google Maps, Google and the assistants. You get the screenshots. No call required to receive it.
- Local Visibility Audit. Crawlability and indexation, entity and schema state, map-grid position across the Orlando metro, review base, and the competitive gap. Delivered written, with the working shown.
- Baseline measurement. Share of Answer scored before any work begins, so the starting number exists in writing and cannot be revised later.
- Foundations, weeks 1 to 6. Technical fixes, entity and organisation schema, Google Business Profile, and the pages that answer the questions Orlando buyers actually ask.
- Authority and content, weeks 4 to 12. Citable pages, review systems, and the off-site corroboration assistants rely on when deciding whether a company is real.
- First remeasurement. The same twelve questions, the same conditions, scored against the baseline at the quarter. Movement or no movement, both go in the report.
PUBLISHED RESULTS
What has Mindflow Marketing actually produced?
Two clients have given written permission to publish their numbers, and neither is a company of this market. Precision Fenceworks is a Georgia fence company working four markets, verified live 2026-06-16. Fireside Antiques is an eCommerce antiques dealer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with Search Console and Ahrefs data pulled 2026-06-10.
PRECISION FENCEWORKS · GEORGIA
Precision Fenceworks sits second in the Athens and Bogart map pack and third organic, named by three of the four major assistants with Perplexity giving them as its first pick. First organic in Alpharetta, third in the map pack, beaten on proximity and not on trust signals.
87 AI mentions across 72 cited pages, and 631 Precision Fenceworks reviews at a 4.9 average.
In Atlanta the same client has no reachable map presence against 100,000-plus impressions in sixteen months. Their pin sits in Alpharetta. In Lawrenceville they hold page one organic with zero map presence.
FIRESIDE ANTIQUES · LOUISIANA
Fireside Antiques holds five of eight tracked core terms ranking strong, with dining tables, armoires, mirrors and coffee tables all recovered to first position.
A Baton Rouge eCommerce catalogue, which is why it sits here as evidence of method and not as a forecast for an Orlando contractor.
Neither published client is a company of this market, and I am not going to imply otherwise. What travels between markets is the method: the audit, the frozen questions, the stated denominators and the work ledger. What does not travel is a promise about your own street.
What we cannot show either: revenue, lead volume and job values. Neither client’s permission covers it. So we cannot tell you whether this visibility became money, and we would sooner say that than let a chart imply it. Two clients is not a large portfolio and we are not going to present it as one.
What does SEO and AI visibility cost in Orlando?
Mindflow Marketing publishes every rate. A Visibility Check is free. A Local Visibility Audit is $3,500 to $7,500 and credits against your first invoice if you start a monthly partnership within 30 calendar days. The monthly partnership starts at $3,500 a month on a 90-day initial term, then runs month to month.
No setup fee and no annual contract. The credit caps at that first invoice and does not carry forward. At the bottom of the range a $3,500 audit against a $3,500 first month costs you nothing if you continue.
At the top, a $7,500 audit against a $3,500 first month credits $3,500 and the remaining $4,000 is spent. I would sooner you ran that sum at your own desk than found it on an invoice.
The full ladder, with what sits inside each tier, is on the pricing page.
Start with the free checkWhich Orlando areas and industries does Mindflow Marketing serve?
We serve the Orlando metro from Atlanta, covering Downtown Orlando, Thornton Park, College Park, Baldwin Park, Lake Nona, Dr. Phillips, Winter Park, Windermere, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Sanford, Kissimmee and St. Cloud, across Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties.
The work covers established home-services companies in roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fencing, garage door and remodeling.
Alongside those sit high-value legal, specialty healthcare and considered-purchase eCommerce. The common thread is deal value: one won job has to pay for months of the work, or the arithmetic does not close.
Orlando sits inside a wider state picture covering licensing, advertising-disclosure rules and market conditions that apply across Florida. Read the Florida market notes.
Orlando SEO and AI visibility: common questions
Do you have an office in Orlando?
No. The office is in Atlanta, Georgia, and Orlando is served from there. You will not find an address for us in Orlando because there is not one, and we will not rent a mailbox to look local. A fake address gets a Google Business Profile suspended, and it would be the first dishonest thing on this page.
Do you have any Orlando clients you can show me?
Not yet. The two clients who have given permission to publish are in Georgia and Louisiana, and both records are linked on this page. Neither published client is a company of this market. What transfers to Orlando is the method, not a forecast. If a named local result is what you need before signing, better you know that now than after an invoice.
Should we target Orlando city or the metro?
They are close to opposite markets on tenure and housing type. City is majority-renter and multifamily; metro is majority owner-occupied and detached. Pick deliberately. We ask which one you sell into before we build a keyword set, because the two produce different pages, different service-area shapes and different map-grid readings.
Does hurricane exposure matter for an inland market?
Yes. The Florida Building Commission's own wind-borne debris work documents damage in Orlando from Charley and notes debris damage more than three miles inland. For a roofing, fencing or remodeling company that shapes the questions buyers type after a storm, and it shapes which pages we want indexed and citable before the season opens.
Do fence contractors need a Florida licence?
No state licence covers fencing. A local requirement survives only where the local government imposed it before 1 January 2021, so it varies jurisdiction by jurisdiction. For search that matters more than it sounds. A fence company with no state number to publish earns buyer trust from reviews, a consistent name across the web, and a site that says who is behind it.
