Website Design for Home-Service Companies in Miami
A website for Miami roofers, AC companies and other home-service businesses. It gathers your reviews in one place, speaks Spanish where your customers do, and makes a call or estimate request easy on a phone. A separate project you own once paid.

What does a Miami home-service website have to get right that other cities don't?
Language, for one. Many Miami customers search in Spanish, and a site that answers only in English can miss them. After that, the usual checks: the job they need, proof you work in Doral, Kendall or Hialeah, reviews from neighbors, and a request that takes a minute on a phone.
Mindflow builds websites only for home-service and contracting companies. For a Miami company, that usually means service pages for the work you want more of, town pages across Miami-Dade and Broward where you have real jobs, Spanish versions where your customers need them, and storm pages ready before June. Being found on the map and in AI answers is a separate, ongoing plan: SEO for Miami home-service companies.
Where did Miami contractor sites keep their reviews?
Not on a page of their own, mostly. 22 of 95 crawled Miami contractor sites in our study had a reviews page, against 1,930 of 5,072 across all 50 metros, and 28 of 87 homepages showed a review widget, against 1,610 of 4,433. The sample is about 100 businesses across 8 trades, not every contractor.
| On the site | Miami | All 50 metros |
|---|---|---|
| Click-to-call link on the homepage | 72 of 87 | 3,941 of 4,433 |
| A form on the homepage | 50 of 87 | 2,605 of 4,433 |
| A free estimate or quote offer on the homepage | 59 of 87 | 2,448 of 4,433 |
| Any online booking signal on the homepage | 21 of 87 | 1,636 of 4,433 |
| A review widget on the homepage | 28 of 87 | 1,610 of 4,433 |
| Emergency or 24/7 service stated on the homepage | 59 of 87 | 2,810 of 4,433 |
| Five or more service pages | 61 of 95 | 3,618 of 5,072 |
| Three or more location or service-area pages | 30 of 95 | 1,501 of 5,072 |
| A reviews page | 22 of 95 | 1,930 of 5,072 |
Source: Mindflow research, saved files as collected (before later listing rulings in 23 metros), October 2026: home-service contractors in Miami across 8 trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, garage door, pest control, remodeling, water damage). Homepage features out of 87 homepages; site features out of 95 crawled sites. These counts show what was present, not whether it worked. Full study · method.
For a Miami company with real reviews, that's the opening: a reviews page that collects them, and a few recent ones beside the call button and estimate request. 73 of 95 Miami sites in the sample had no reviews page, so a customer had to leave the site to read what others said.
Which pages does a Miami home-service site need, and in which language?
A page for each service you want more of, a page for each town where you have real jobs, a reviews page, a storm page if you take storm work, an about page with your license and a short request. Where a good share of your customers search in Spanish, your main service and request pages should have Spanish versions, written for those customers rather than machine-translated; tell us when you ask about a website and the proposal sets the scope.
| Page | What the Miami customer checks there |
|---|---|
| A page per service (AC repair, roof repair, termite treatment, water damage cleanup) | Do you fix this exact problem? |
| Spanish versions of your main service pages, if your customers search that way | Can I read this in the language I searched in? |
| Town pages for Hialeah, Doral or Pembroke Pines, where you have real jobs | Do you come to my part of Miami-Dade or Broward? |
| Reviews | What do neighbors say? |
| About, with your license and team | Is this a licensed company? |
| Estimate request | How do I ask for a price, in my language, in a minute? |
Your proposal lists the exact pages. A smaller company can start with its core services in one or both languages and the three or four towns it works in most. See roofing websites and HVAC websites for trade plans.
How should Miami customers call or ask for a quote?
With a call button and a short request on every page, in the language of that page. In our Miami sample, 59 of 87 homepages offered a free estimate and 50 had a form, so some sites made the offer without an easy way to take it up; 21 of 87 showed a booking signal.
- A call button on every page, visible without scrolling on a phone.
- A short requestthe job, the town, timing and an optional photo, with a Spanish version where the page is in Spanish.
- Your estimate terms in one line, free or not, beside the request.
- Recent reviews next to the button, linked to your review profile.
- After-hours wording only for the services you really cover after hours.
- Analytics in your name, so you can see which pages, in which language, lead to calls and requests.
Your team still answers and qualifies each request; the site makes sending one quick in either language.
How long does a Miami website take, and what do we need from you?
The website build timeline is 3–6 weeks, depending on how many pages the site needs, and Spanish versions add pages to the plan. It runs through six steps, from discovery through architecture, design, development, testing and SEO to launch, described on our website design page. These keep it moving:
- Which services and towns need Spanish pages, based on how your customers actually call and search.
- The towns you want more work in, across Miami-Dade and Broward, with a few jobs in each.
- Photos of finished work, your crew and your trucks.
- License numbers and the business name exactly as licensed.
- Links to your review profiles, so we can show and link your best recent reviews.
We can write the copy; you check it for accuracy. If you need Spanish pages, say so when you ask about a website.

What does a Miami contractor website cost?
A website from Mindflow starts at $5,000, and larger sites start at $8,500. The price depends on the pages and features you need, mostly how many services and towns get their own page. You get the exact price in writing before work starts, and no marketing contract is required.
It's a one-time project price, and the website files and copy are yours once paid. What moves the price is covered in what a website costs for a service business.

Questions Miami owners ask about websites
- 59 of 87 Miami contractor homepages stated emergency or 24/7 service. How should ours word it?
- Precisely. Across all 50 metros, 2,810 of 4,433 homepages stated it, so the words alone don't set a Miami site apart. Say which services you take after hours, the hours themselves and how fast you usually arrive, on the homepage and on those service pages. If you don't offer it, say when you can come instead.
- We work in Hialeah every week, but it's not on our Miami site. What should a Hialeah page include?
- Jobs you've finished in Hialeah with photos, the services you offer there, a review from a customer in the city if you have one and, if your Hialeah customers search in Spanish, a Spanish version of the page. With weekly work there, you likely have enough proof to build it now.
- Miami AC searches climb into May. When does a new HVAC site need to be live?
- By April. In our seasonality research, Miami's HVAC searches were busiest in May and quietest in December on the four-year average (Google Ads estimates), and May held as the steady peak. A 3–6 week build started in February has the site live before the rise.
- Between storm season and summer heat, which pages come first on a Miami roofer's site?
- Roof repair and roof replacement, each on its own page, then a storm damage page that's live before June 1. Add inspections if you offer them, and let smaller services share a page until there's enough to say about each. Town pages follow once the service pages carry real photos.
- Should the Spanish pages on a Miami site be translations or their own pages?
- Their own pages, written in Spanish, with the same facts. A machine translation of your English page reads wrong to the customers it's meant for. Each Spanish page gets its own address, its own title and its own request form, and your license, hours and prices stay identical in both languages. Scope and price for Spanish pages go in your written proposal.
