Mindflow runs SEO for moving companies. We help families, renters and businesses find you on Google Maps, in search results and in AI answers when they're planning a local or long-distance move from the towns you serve. Your Business Profile, reviews and conversion work are in the same plan.

Not an actual ranking, listing or result.
It gets your company onto the short list a family builds before asking for estimates, and makes sure what they find matches your registration. The work covers the Google map, the regular search results and AI answers such as Google's AI Overviews and ChatGPT (in our research, the OpenAI API with web search). Estimate requests come straight to you.
Mindflow doesn't sell or share leads. Moving searches tend to split three ways:
What a mover's ads must show, the warning signs federal regulators tell families to watch for and the sources ChatGPT cited for movers are on our moving company marketing page.
Because it's the public record your name gets checked against. FMCSA's Company Snapshot shows a carrier's legal name, DBA name, physical address, USDOT number and MC number. If your site, Business Profile and listings use a different name or address, buyers and AI tools find two versions of your company. We make them match.
In our 5-city study, federal transportation sites were the domain ChatGPT cited most in its answers about named moving companies (details). The work:

Moving company SEO with Mindflow covers your Business Profile, pages for local, long-distance and other moves, origin-town pages where you have moves to show, listings that match your registration, reviews, the technical fixes that let Google read your site, the facts AI tools use, and changes that turn visits into estimate requests. Every plan includes the same work.

No. Only where it has a real location. Google allows one profile per location, rules out unstaffed virtual offices and expects a business to have a place customers can visit or to travel to them. Towns without a location go in your service areas: up to 20, within about 2 hours of driving.
In Google's words:
None of the ten moving SEO agency pages we reviewed mentioned these rules. We set up only the profiles you're eligible for, and flag any existing profile that looks outside the rules. More on service-area businesses and Business Profile suspensions.
Google: guidelines for representing your business and manage your service areas, read November 1, 2026.
Only for routes you run often enough to say something real about. Google's spam policies count "substantially similar pages that are closer to search results than a clearly defined, browseable hierarchy" as doorway abuse. Fifty city-to-city pages with the names swapped fit that description; a page for a route you run every month, with real detail, doesn't.
Three of the ten agency pages we reviewed recommended route pages; one warned against duplicate city copy. Our order: build the long-distance page first, then add a route page when you can describe the route itself (how often you run it, typical transit time, whether loads are shared and what customers on that route ask). Route pages sit under the long-distance page, so the site reads as a hierarchy. The same policy lists "multiple websites with slight variations to the URL and home page" as doorway abuse, so a second site just for long-distance moves isn't the answer either.
The map spot and the AI answer can be different results. In Houston, ChatGPT named 28 moving companies across five runs that named no company, and none of Houston's Maps top three was among them. Clear move pages give AI answers something specific about you to use.

Study: Mindflow research, our 5-city study (Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Houston and San Antonio), October 2026, OpenAI API with web search: five ChatGPT runs per city that named no company, compared with the Google Maps top three for "movers." What we need from you: access to your accounts, the services and towns you want more work in, and quick answers when we have questions.
Your Business Profile, access to your accounts, the technical problems that stop Google from reading your site, and your name, phone and services matching everywhere.
A page for each service and town you really cover, answers to the questions customers ask, and a review process your team can run.
New pages where the searches are, review replies, changes that turn more visits into calls, and a plain report on what we did, what moved and what's next. You get a written report every month and a call every quarter.
Of ten moving company SEO agency pages we reviewed on November 1, 2026, three stated their prices, two said anything about contract length, none said who owns the Business Profile or website, and three mentioned USDOT numbers. Get written answers to these five from any agency, us included.
| Ask | What a straight answer sounds like |
|---|---|
| Who owns the profile, the site and the tracking? | You. All of it sits in your name and goes with you if you leave. |
| What's the commitment? | A short fixed start, then month to month, in writing. |
| Will you work with another mover in my area? | A clear answer for your area, before you sign. |
| Will you create profiles in cities where we have no staffed location? | No. Service areas cover those towns; extra profiles go against Google's guidelines. |
| Will our site and listings match our FMCSA record? | Yes, everywhere: legal or DBA name, address and USDOT number. |

You'll have it within 2 business days. With Mindflow, plans start at $2,800 a month for one metro, $4,500 for a metro and the cities around it, and $8,500 for three or more metros. The records, then the marketing. File the change with FMCSA, and with your state if it registers movers, then update your Business Profile, your site, the BBB and your main listings within the same few weeks so they agree. Keep a line about the former name on your about page, so people searching it still find you. This isn't legal advice; your filings are your call.
Only if it runs as its own public-facing operation, with its own staff and hours customers can use. Google says departments that operate as distinct entities "should have their own page," under a name that's different from the main business. If storage is something you offer to moving customers, it belongs on the moving profile as a service and on its own page on your site.
Not by itself, and no one can promise a ranking. It helps the people and tools checking you: buyers can look a carrier up by its USDOT number in FMCSA's Company Snapshot. A number that matches your registration, shown in text on your site and profile, makes that check easy to pass.
Usually months, not weeks. How fast depends on your competitors and on how complete your Business Profile and site are today.

Not always. If yours can't turn visits into calls, we'll say so and quote a site separately.
