- We do water damage restoration in Miami. Did ChatGPT name anyone from Google's lists?
- No. In our October 6 check, ChatGPT named none of the 3 Miami water damage companies leading Google Maps and none in the local pack, while naming 25 different companies across five answers. Nationally, answers about named water damage companies cited manufacturer, certification or trade-body sources, often the IICRC, in 931 of 1,500 cases. Name any certification exactly as the certifying body lists it.
- We hold a Miami-Dade County certificate of competency, not a state license. Will AI tools find it?
- Possibly. The county's public search shows certificate holders with their status and any complaints, and in our national study answers often cited license records. Our study didn't break out county records, so we can't promise they are read. Show the certificate, its number and "Miami-Dade County" on your site so the link is clear either way.
- Which Miami trades did ChatGPT name from the Maps top three?
- Only electrical, HVAC and remodeling, one business each, in our October 5 and 6 checks. Plumbing, pest control, roofing, garage door and water damage had none. That is one search day per trade with five answers each, so treat it as a snapshot of how far the lists diverged, not a forecast for your trade.
- Should a Miami company list both its county and state license numbers on its website?
- If you hold both, yes: name each license, the agency that issued it and its number, in the footer or on an about page. People checking you, and AI answers that look you up by name, can then match your site to the public records. Not legal advice; your licensing agency decides what must appear in advertising.
- Is it worth working on AI answers in Miami if so few Maps leaders were named?
- That gap is the reason to work on it. A strong map position didn't carry into ChatGPT's answers in our sample, so the sources those answers read decide more. We can't promise a mention. We make your facts accurate and complete on those sources and show you, dated, what the answers say.
- How long does SEO take?
- Usually months, not weeks. How fast depends on your competitors and on how complete your Business Profile and site are today.
- Do you guarantee rankings?
- No. No one can guarantee a spot on Google or in an AI answer. We show you the work and the results.
- Is AI SEO extra?
- No. AI search optimization is included in SEO in every plan.
- Am I locked into a contract?
- The first 90 days are committed and billed monthly. After that it's month to month with 30 days' notice.
- Who owns my accounts and website?
- You do. Every account stays in your name, and website files and copy are yours once paid.
- Will you work with my competitor?
- No. We won't work with your direct competitor in your area.
- Do I need a new website?
- Not always. If yours can't turn visits into calls, we'll say so and quote a site separately.
- Do you run Google Ads, Local Services Ads or ChatGPT ads?
- Case by case. Our plans cover SEO, AI search, your Google Business Profile, reviews and conversion. When paid ads fit your market and goals, we scope Google Ads, Local Services Ads or ChatGPT ads in your proposal. Ad spend goes to the platform and isn't part of our fee.
