Read the reporting line in each entry closely, because a remodeling job may sign weeks after the first call. Around it you'll find the remodelers each agency says it fits, its published prices, terms and ownership, and its limits as it states them. Everything comes from its remodeling page or pages linked from it.

Mindflow Marketing
Best for: remodelers who want search, AI answers, reviews and project pages run as one program, reported in writing every month, with the founder as their contact.
Complete Local is from $2,800 a month, Complete Regional from $4,500 and Complete Multi-Market from $8,500, with no setup fee. You own every account. Website files and copy are yours once paid. You get a written report every month and a call every quarter.
Stated limitations: our one published client story comes from a Georgia fence company we worked with for 8 years, not a remodeler. The first 90 days are committed and billed monthly, so you can't leave in the first three months. Mindflow is founder-led. Websites are sold separately, and paid ads are scoped case by case. We work with one company per trade in your area. We don't quote our own review ratings on a list we publish.
