ONE OFFICE, IN ATLANTA

Mindflow Marketing holds one office, in Atlanta, and this work is delivered from it. Clients elsewhere are served remotely and we say so plainly.

PRICING IN PUBLIC

Every rate is on the pricing page. No quote call required to learn what this costs.

ONE PER CATEGORY

One company per metro in each service category. Your competitor cannot buy the same seat.

THE CATEGORY, DEFINED

What is AI visibility, and how is it different from SEO?

AI visibility is how often, and how accurately, an AI assistant names your business when someone asks it a question you should be the answer to. It is earned through signals engines can verify, not bought, and never guaranteed.

AI visibility is also called answer engine optimization, or AEO. SEO earns a ranked link a buyer clicks. AEO earns a mention inside the answer itself, in Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini, where no click may ever happen.

Mostly the same inputs, a different scoreboard. Crawlability, accurate identity, real reviews and clearly answered questions have always earned rankings; they now also decide who gets named in a generated answer.

What’s new is the measurement problem: there is no rank tracker for an answer that rewrites itself every few days, and the fact that a first-place ranking no longer guarantees the click.

Nobody can force a recommendation. Mindflow Marketing builds the entity footprint, the citable pages and the review base the assistants draw on, then scores where you land on twelve frozen buying questions across three platforms each quarter, with the screenshots archived and dated.

KEY TAKEAWAYS
  • It’s a discipline, not a channel: AI visibility has no ad account and no bid. It is the by-product of being verifiable everywhere an engine looks.
  • The names are mostly the same thing: GEO, AEO, AI search optimization and LLM SEO: different vintages of the same practice, with real but narrow distinctions.
  • It is measurable, and most measurement is fake: a percentage with no published method is a number someone made up. The honest unit is X out of 12, per platform, dated.
  • Nobody controls the output. Anyone selling a guaranteed ChatGPT recommendation is guessing on your invoice.

Four things AI visibility is not

Not a score you can buy. Several tools will sell you an “AI visibility score” as a percentage. Ask what the denominator is. If there isn’t a published question set, a stated platform list, and a repeat-run rule, the number is decoration.

Not a separate budget line. There is no auction and no placement to buy. The work that makes an engine willing to name you, accurate identity, real reviews, pages that answer questions plainly and a site crawlers can read: that is the same work that has always earned rankings. The AI layer changed the scoreboard, not the sport.

Not prompt injection or schema tricks. Hidden text aimed at models, fake FAQ markup, invented awards: these are the 2026 equivalent of keyword stuffing, and they carry the same ending. Engines are conservative about who they name because naming the wrong business is their reputational problem, not yours.

Not guaranteeable. Model outputs shift between runs, between accounts, between weeks. Anyone promising you a permanent spot in an AI answer is describing something they cannot control. Here’s why we don’t guarantee any of it, in writing, before you hire anyone.

WHY THIS BECAME A CATEGORY

What actually changed about how buyers find you?

For twenty years the deal was simple: rank, get clicked. That deal is being renegotiated in public. Two published studies measured the change from opposite ends, and each row below carries only what its own source states.

Click behaviour when an AI summary appears, checked July 2026 against the studies named in each row
Condition What it is Source
Clicks on a traditional search resultPew Research Center followed 900 U.S. adults through 68,879 real Google searches and found that when an AI summary appeared, people clicked a traditional search result in 8% of visits: against 15% when no summary appeared.Pew Research Center, 22 July 2025 (68,879 searches, 900 U.S. adults, March 2025)
Clicks on a link inside the summaryThey clicked a link inside the summary in 1% of visits.Pew Research Center, 22 July 2025 (68,879 searches, 900 U.S. adults, March 2025)
Click-through rate for the page ranking firstThe presence of an AI Overview correlated with a 34.5% lower average click-through rate for the page ranking first.Ahrefs, 17 April 2025 (300,000 keywords)

Ahrefs, looking at 300,000 keywords rather than people, found the same shape from the other end: the presence of an AI Overview correlated with a 34.5% lower average click-through rate for the page ranking first.

What we read from that, and this part is our judgement rather than anything the sources state: read those together and the conclusion is uncomfortable but useful.

Ranking still matters, because it is one of the strongest inputs into what gets summarised, but ranking is no longer the finish line. Being named in the answer is. That gap between “ranks well” and “gets named” is what this category exists to close.

WHAT YOU GET

What does Mindflow Marketing deliver on an AI visibility engagement?

Five pillars run together inside one engagement: local SEO and Google Maps, organic search, AI visibility, reputation and brand SERP, and conversion tracking. Each is reported with the denominator stated beside the number, so a figure can be checked instead of believed.

Local SEO and Google Maps

Google Business Profile work and map-grid tracking read across the whole service area, not off a single pin. A grid tells you whether you are losing on trust signals or losing on distance, and those have different fixes.

Organic search

Technical foundations, site architecture and the searches that turn into high-ticket jobs, built from the work you actually closed. Pages built from a keyword tool instead rank you in counties your crews will never drive to.

AI visibility and entity work

Entity disambiguation, organisation schema, knowledge-graph alignment and passages written so an assistant can lift them whole. This decides whether ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews name your company or a competitor.

Reputation and brand SERP

What a buyer and an assistant both see when they search your name. Reviews with specifics, a clean brand page, and a story that holds together when someone checks it against a third party.

Conversion tracking

Calls and forms tracked through to the booked job. Visibility that never reaches a booked job still costs you the months it took to build, and that bill never appears on an invoice.

Measurement you can audit

Share of Answer across twelve frozen buying questions, three platforms, three runs each, scored out of twelve with screenshots archived and dated.

Read the full method

Rankings are never guaranteed. Anything we could not trace to a primary source is absent from this page, not estimated. The audit runs the same six layers described on the pricing page, and Share of Answer is scored quarterly.

The six questions an engine settles before it names you

Whatever the acronym on the invoice, every version of this discipline is working on the same six layers. They are ordered: a failure high up makes everything below it irrelevant.

  1. 01 Eligibility, can you legitimately be the answer? Are you a real, verifiable business serving that area, in that category? No amount of optimisation survives an engine deciding you don’t qualify.
  2. 02 Crawler access, can they read you at all?A robots.txt line or a bot-blocking rule at the CDN can remove you from the answer entirely. It should be a decision you made, not one your host made for you.
  3. 03 Extractability, can they lift a clean answer?Answer-first pages, plain sentences, real structure. A page that buries its answer in paragraph nine is a page a machine will skip in favour of one that doesn’t.
  4. 04 Entity stability, does your story match everywhere? One name, one address, one phone, one service list, on your site, your profile, and every listing. Contradictions are the cheapest reason to skip you. This is the layer entity SEO is named after.
  5. 05 Citation surfaces, does anyone else confirm it?Reviews with specifics, directories that matter in your trade, local press, supplier and association pages. Engines prefer claims that more than one source supports.
  6. 06 Measurement, can you prove any of it moved?A baseline before the work, the same questions re-run on a schedule, screenshots kept. Without this layer the other five are opinions.

Owners ask whether to block AI crawlers to protect their content. For a publisher whose product is the content itself, that’s a real debate. For a local service business, blocking the crawler removes you from the answer your customer is reading, you’ve protected content nobody was paying you for at the cost of the recommendation you were.

Either way it should be a decision someone made deliberately, not a default that arrived with your hosting plan.

A number is only worth what its method is worth

The category has a measurement problem, and it is not a technical one. It is that a percentage looks more precise than a fraction, so tools sell percentages. “Your AI visibility is 62%” means nothing without knowing what was asked, where, how many times, and on what date.

The unit we publish and use is deliberately unglamorous: X out of 12. Twelve real buying questions for your trade and market, asked on Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, each repeated three times in clean sessions, counted only when you’re named in at least two of three runs.

Per platform. Dated. With screenshots. It refuses to be more precise than the underlying reality, which moves week to week. If that sounds like a low bar, notice how few numbers in this industry clear it.

The full protocol is published, question construction, platform list, repeat rule, volatility disclosure, so you can run it yourself, or check whether anyone else’s number was built the same way.

We also run it on ourselves, in public, including the months it goes the wrong way: our own numbers are here.

THE FIRST QUARTER

How the first 90 days work

Every Mindflow Marketing engagement opens with a diagnostic, not a pitch. The first 90 days establish a baseline you can hold us to, fix what is structurally broken, and put the first measured movement on the record.

  1. Free Visibility Check. The twelve real buying questions for your trade, asked across Google Maps, Google and the assistants. You get the screenshots. No call required to receive it.
  2. Local Visibility Audit. Crawlability and indexation, entity and schema state, map-grid position across your service area, review base, and the competitive gap. Delivered written, with the working shown.
  3. Baseline measurement. Share of Answer scored before any work begins, so the starting number exists in writing and cannot be revised later.
  4. Foundations, weeks 1 to 6. Technical fixes, entity and organisation schema, Google Business Profile, and the pages that answer the questions your buyers actually ask.
  5. Authority and content, weeks 4 to 12. Citable pages, review systems, and the off-site corroboration assistants rely on when deciding whether a company is real.
  6. First remeasurement. The same twelve questions, the same conditions, scored against the baseline. Movement or no movement, both go in the report.

On timing: eligibility and accuracy problems can resolve in weeks because you’re removing a blocker instead of building an asset. Presence in generated answers builds over months and moves unevenly, and it can go backwards for a month while the underlying signals improve.

That is exactly why the baseline gets taken before the work starts, and why a single screenshot proves nothing in either direction.

PUBLISHED RESULTS

What has Mindflow Marketing actually produced?

Two clients have given written permission to publish their numbers. Precision Fenceworks is a fence company working four Georgia markets, verified live 2026-06-16. Fireside Antiques is an eCommerce antiques dealer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with Search Console and Ahrefs data pulled 2026-06-10.

PRECISION FENCEWORKS · GEORGIA

Second in the Athens map pack and third organic, named by three of the four major assistants with Perplexity giving them as its first pick. First organic in Alpharetta and third in the map pack there, beaten on distance and not on trust signals. 87 AI mentions across 72 cited pages, and 631 Precision Fenceworks reviews at a 4.9 average.

In Atlanta the same client has no reachable map presence against 100,000-plus impressions in sixteen months. Their pin sits in Alpharetta, proximity decides the Google map pack, and no page moves a building. In Lawrenceville they hold page one organic with zero map presence.

FIRESIDE ANTIQUES · LOUISIANA

Five of eight tracked core terms ranking strong, with dining tables, armoires, mirrors and coffee tables all recovered to first position after a ranking dip.

A national eCommerce catalogue, and the second of only two records we are allowed to publish, which is why it sits here as evidence of method and not as a forecast for your own trade.

Neither client is in your trade unless you sell fencing in Georgia or antiques in Louisiana, and Mindflow Marketing is not going to imply otherwise. What transfers between engagements is the method: the audit, the frozen questions, the stated denominators and the work ledger.

What we cannot show either: revenue, lead volume and job values for Precision Fenceworks, and sales and revenue for Fireside Antiques. Neither client’s permission covers it. So we cannot tell you whether this visibility became money, and we would rather say that than let a chart imply it. Two clients is not a large portfolio and we are not going to present it as one.

What does AI visibility work cost?

Mindflow Marketing publishes every rate. A Visibility Check is free. A Local Visibility Audit is $3,500 to $7,500 and credits against your first invoice if you start a monthly partnership within 30 calendar days of delivery. The monthly partnership starts at $3,500 a month on a 90-day initial term, then runs month to month. No setup fee and no annual contract.

The credit caps at that first invoice and does not carry forward. At the bottom of the range a $3,500 audit against a $3,500 first month costs you nothing if you continue. At the top, a $7,500 audit against a $3,500 first month credits $3,500 and the remainder is spent. We would rather you ran that sum at your own desk than found it on an invoice.

The full ladder, with what sits inside each tier, is on the pricing page.

COVERAGE

Which places, industries and topics does Mindflow Marketing cover?

Mindflow Marketing works from Atlanta and serves companies across Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. Closest to home are Atlanta, Alpharetta, Athens and the wider Fulton, DeKalb and Gwinnett county area.

The work covers established home-services companies in roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fencing, garage door and remodeling, plus high-value legal, specialty healthcare and considered-purchase eCommerce. The common thread is deal value: one won job has to pay for months of the work, or the arithmetic does not close.

Reading by place: Atlanta, where we actually are, and the Georgia market notes. Reading by trade: the home-service trades and all industries.

Every name people use for this, and what each one actually means

The category grew faster than its vocabulary, so the same work carries six names depending on who is selling it. The distinctions are real but small. Each page below defines one term properly, says who uses it, and admits where it overlaps with the others.

Which acronym should you actually care about? None of them, if you’re the business owner. The label matters to agencies positioning themselves; the work is the same six layers regardless. Care about it only far enough to check that whoever you hire can define their own term without hand-waving, the AEO vs GEO comparison is a decent test to hand them.

If you want to see how we run AI visibility as a single named service, what’s in it, what it costs, what we measure, that lives on the AI Visibility service page.

Want the one-paragraph version of any term instead of the full treatment? The Visibility Glossary keeps short definitions; the pages above keep the practice.

FAIR QUESTIONS

AI visibility: common questions

Where is Mindflow Marketing based?

Atlanta. Mindflow Marketing holds one office and every engagement is run from it, so a client anywhere else is served remotely and told so up front. We will not rent a mailbox in another city to look local, because a fake address is the kind of thing that gets a Google Business Profile suspended. The work is identical either way.

Who does the AI visibility work?

Youssef Hodaigui, twenty-five years in search, who founded Mindflow Marketing and runs every engagement personally from Atlanta. One founder covers local SEO and Google Maps, organic search, AI visibility and entity work, reputation and brand SERP, and conversion tracking, with the denominator stated beside every number in the report.

Do you have clients whose AI visibility results you can show me?

Two, and both are published in full. Precision Fenceworks, a Georgia fence company, and Fireside Antiques, an eCommerce dealer in Baton Rouge, have each given written permission, and both records are linked on this page. If a named result inside your own trade is what you need before signing, we would rather you knew that now than after an invoice.

Will you work with my competitor?

No. Mindflow Marketing takes one company per metro in each service category. If a roofing company in your metro signs first, we turn down every other roofer there for the life of that engagement, including better-funded ones. It caps how large this agency can grow, and that is a trade we accept deliberately.

Can reviews be part of this if I can’t incentivise them?

Yes, reviews are one of the strongest citation surfaces an engine has, and none of that requires bending the rules. Ask every customer, every job, the same way; never offer anything of value in exchange for a review, never filter by expected sentiment, never write or edit a customer’s words.

That’s Google’s policy and the FTC’s rule on fake reviews, and both are cheaper to follow than to lose a profile over.
