Best GEO Agencies for Home Services 2026
Mindflow Marketing helps home-services companies get found on Google and named by the AI engines buyers now ask first: Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. Founder-led, one office in Atlanta, with published pricing and a measurement protocol you can read before you spend a dollar. We went looking for a ranking to publish and found something more useful.

Mindflow Marketing was founded by Youssef Hodaigui, twenty-five years in search, and he runs every engagement personally.
Mindflow Marketing holds one office, and it is in Atlanta. Every other market is served from there and we will not open a mailbox to look local.
Every rate is on the pricing page. No quote call required to learn what this costs.
One company per metro in each service category. Your competitor cannot buy the same seat.
What is AI visibility, and how is it different from SEO?
AI visibility, also called answer engine optimization or AEO, is the practice of getting a business named inside AI-generated answers. SEO earns a ranked link a buyer clicks. AEO earns a mention inside the answer itself, in Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini, where no click may ever happen.
The two run on overlapping machinery. Google states that its generative features are rooted in its core Search ranking and quality systems, so a page has to be indexed and eligible before it can be quoted. Classic SEO is the floor, not an alternative to it.
What sits above that floor is different work. An assistant is choosing which home-services companies to name, and it draws on how clearly your company is defined as an entity, how consistently it is described across the web, what independent sources say about it, and whether your pages answer the question in a passage it can lift whole.
Nobody can force a recommendation. Mindflow Marketing builds the entity footprint, the citable pages and the review base the assistants draw on, then scores where you land on twelve frozen buying questions across three platforms each quarter, with the screenshots archived and dated. That is also the standard we hold the agencies below to.
What did page one for this query actually contain?
We sell this work, so we are a competitor of every agency named on this page and that colours what we chose to look at.
Everything here is a statement about what a named public web page said on 28 July 2026, checkable by you in a browser, rather than a judgement about anyone’s quality.
Nobody paid to be here and no link on this page earns us anything.
This page was going to be a ranked list. The research killed it, and what replaced it is more useful to a contractor.
On 28 July 2026 we read every page-one result for this query and its close variants. Seven distinct publishers had a list. All seven put themselves on it. Six of the seven put themselves first. Three disclosed that they had done so. There is no neutral publisher on page one for this term: no directory editorial, no trade press, no independent review site.
That alone would be the ordinary state of affairs for a comparison query. Two further findings are what stopped us publishing a ranking of our own. The table sets out what each named page said, one row per page, with the page named in the Source column.
| Page | What it said | Source |
|---|---|---|
| RYNO Strategic Solutions, Phoenix | Its own services page lists eleven services: website design, social, paid media, connected TV, SEO, video, Local Services Ads, CSR coaching, email, call intelligence and its own tracking product. On 28 July 2026 neither that page nor its page sitemap contained a generative engine optimization, answer engine optimization, AI search or AI visibility service. | RYNO Strategic Solutions services page and page sitemap, checked 2026-07-28 |
| First Page Sage list | First Page Sage publishes a list of top home-services GEO agencies. It ranks itself first and Siana Marketing second. | First Page Sage published list, checked 2026-07-28 |
| Siana Marketing list | Siana Marketing publishes a list of GEO and AEO companies for home services. It ranks itself first and First Page Sage second. | Siana Marketing published list, checked 2026-07-28 |

| The first organic result | The first organic result names eight agencies and states four selection criteria: an SEO foundation, generative engine optimization as a core service, home-services and local relevance, and verified client feedback. Only the last of those is quantified, at a minimum 4.5 rating on Clutch with at least twenty-five reviews. | The first organic result’s own published list, checked 2026-07-28 |
| Built-Right Digital | Built-Right Digital sells answer engine optimization at a published $2,999 a month within a home-services-only practice. | Built-Right Digital published service page, checked 2026-07-28 |
| Woobound | Woobound runs a GEO practice built specifically for home service businesses. | Woobound published service page, checked 2026-07-28 |
| Plumbing & Mechanical, May 2026 | Plumbing & Mechanical reported in May 2026 on an AI visibility index covering HVAC and plumbing, run across more than sixty-five prompts on ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and AI Overviews in the first quarter of 2026, which found that roughly 87% of independent contractors had effectively no citation share, while three national brands took an estimated fifth of those citations between them. | Plumbing & Mechanical, May 2026, reporting an index it attributes to a public relations firm; read 2026-07-28 |
What we read from that, and this part is our judgement rather than anything the sources state: the agencies with the service are mostly missing from the lists, the lists are mostly written by their own top entry, and a buyer who shortlists from a list is shortlisting on publishing effort instead of on capability.
Finding one: the most-listed agency does not sell it
The most-listed agency in the category has no such service. RYNO Strategic Solutions of Phoenix appears on multiple page-one lists as a home-services GEO or AEO agency, on two of them in the top six. The only AI language we found describes call analytics.
Source: the RYNO Strategic Solutions services page and page sitemap, and the page-one lists that name it, checked 2026-07-28.
The pattern repeats. Hook Agency of Minneapolis appears on several of the lists we read. It has written substantial public material on generative engine optimization for home services, and its services nav carries no purchasable line for it; the single AI reference on its SEO page is to human editing of AI drafts.
Source: the Hook Agency services nav and SEO page, checked 2026-07-28.
Blue Corona, iMarket Solutions and Scorpion have no named GEO or AEO service either, though Scorpion publishes a good deal of editorial on AI search and its shipped AI product with ServiceTitan adjusts advertising spend against real-time capacity, which is budget pacing rather than search visibility.

None of that reflects badly on those agencies, several of which are excellent at what they actually sell, and any of them may add the service tomorrow. It reflects on the lists. A category ranking that puts firms without the service among its top entries is measuring something other than the service.
Finding two: two of the lists rank each other
Two of the lists rank each other. Neither list discloses the relationship. We are not alleging anything beyond what those three pages say on their face: these are not two independent rankings, and a contractor reading both would reasonably think they were.
It is the specific reason we now count related publishers once rather than twice, on this page and on our AI visibility list.
Finding three: the top result is a directory filter with a headline pasted on
The top result’s only checkable criterion is a directory rating. The other three are the author’s judgement, and there is no way for a reader to check them.
The eight that result include agencies headquartered in Kraków, Singapore, Sheffield and Toronto, and none of them presents itself as a home-services-only specialist. None of the seven names besides the publisher appeared on any other home-services GEO list we read.
Source: the first organic result’s own published list and the published sites of the eight agencies it names, checked 2026-07-28.
What is actually real
Two things here are real, and they point in opposite directions from the lists.
The demand is real. The home-services trades are where we see this most often, and trade press has begun covering the problem directly. The Plumbing & Mechanical row above carries that reporting in full.
That index was produced by a public relations firm rather than an independent body, and we have not seen its prompt set, so we report the finding with its provenance attached rather than as a statistic. The direction is consistent with what we see when we run our own measurement.
The specialists are real, and they are invisible. Several small agencies have built genuine, trade-named GEO service pages with actual deliverables, and some publish prices. Two of them, Built-Right Digital and Woobound, sit in the table above.
Roofing Webmasters has the most technically substantial incumbent page we read, explaining retrieval and query fan-out rather than gesturing at AI. CI Web Group of Houston sells answer and generative engine optimization inside a trades practice and is unusual in naming agentic booking rather than citation alone. Valve + Meter, Intleacht and Contractor Marketing Pros have real pages too.
Source: the published service pages of Roofing Webmasters, CI Web Group, Valve + Meter, Intleacht and Contractor Marketing Pros, checked 2026-07-28.
Between them these firms appear on almost none of the third-party lists. The agencies with the service are not on the lists, and the agencies on the lists mostly do not have the service. That is the state of the category on 28 July 2026, and it is why there is no ranking on this page.
Five checks that take ten minutes
You do not need us for this part. Any list you are shown can be checked in about ten minutes, and the checks are the same ones we ran.
- Open the service page, not the list entry. Go to the agency's own site and find the page where you would buy the thing. If generative engine optimization, answer engine optimization or AI visibility does not appear as something you can purchase, the list entry is the list author's opinion of them rather than their offer.
- Ask when the page went up. Several of the genuine pages in this category first appeared between March and May 2026. That is fine, and worth knowing before someone tells you about their years of experience in it.
- Read the comparison column. If the list has a table, find the column where the publisher is the only one to score well. That column was chosen because the author wins it.
- Check who published the list, and who is second. If the publisher is first and a partner is second, you are reading one relationship written down twice.
- Ask what gets measured and how. The question that separates a real programme from a service page is what a citation share number means, how it was produced, and whether you can reproduce it. If the answer is a screenshot of a chatbot saying something nice, there is no measurement happening.

See where you stand in AI answers — free checkWhat does Mindflow Marketing deliver for a home-services company?
Five pillars run together inside one engagement: local SEO and Google Maps, organic search, AI visibility, reputation and brand SERP, and conversion tracking. Each is reported with the denominator stated beside the number, so a figure can be checked instead of believed.
Local SEO and Google Maps
Google Business Profile optimisation and map-grid tracking read across the whole service area, not off a single pin. A grid tells you whether you are losing on trust signals or losing on distance, and those have different fixes.
Organic search
Technical foundations, site architecture and the searches that turn into high-ticket jobs, built from the work you actually closed. Pages built from a keyword tool instead rank you in counties your crews will never drive to.
AI visibility and entity work
Entity disambiguation, organisation schema, knowledge-graph alignment and passages written so an assistant can lift them whole. This decides whether ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews name your company or a competitor.
Reputation and brand SERP
What a buyer and an assistant both see when they search your name. In a trade where most competitors have no register entry to point at, the review base and a consistent name across the web do the vouching.
Conversion tracking
Calls and forms tracked through to the booked job. Visibility that never reaches a booked job still costs you the months it took to build, and that bill never appears on an invoice.
Measurement you can audit
Share of Answer across twelve frozen buying questions, three platforms, three runs each, scored out of twelve with screenshots archived and dated.
Read the full methodRankings are never guaranteed. Anything we could not trace to a primary source is absent from this page, not estimated. The audit runs the same six layers described on the pricing page, and Share of Answer is scored quarterly.
How the first 90 days work
Every Mindflow Marketing engagement opens with a diagnostic, not a pitch. The first 90 days establish a baseline you can hold us to, fix what is structurally broken, and put the first measured movement on the record.
- Free Visibility Check. The twelve real buying questions for your trade, asked across Google Maps, Google and the assistants. You get the screenshots. No call required to receive it.
- Local Visibility Audit. Crawlability and indexation, entity and schema state, map-grid position across your service area, review base, and the competitive gap. Delivered written, with the working shown.
- Baseline measurement. Share of Answer scored before any work begins, so the starting number exists in writing and cannot be revised later.
- Foundations, weeks 1 to 6. Technical fixes, entity and organisation schema, Google Business Profile, and the pages that answer the questions your buyers actually ask.
- Authority and content, weeks 4 to 12. Citable pages, review systems, and the off-site corroboration assistants rely on when deciding whether a company is real.
- First remeasurement. The same twelve questions, the same conditions, scored against the baseline. Movement or no movement, both go in the report.
What has Mindflow Marketing actually produced?
Two clients have given written permission to publish their numbers. Precision Fenceworks is a Georgia fence company working four Georgia markets, verified live 2026-06-16. Fireside Antiques is an eCommerce antiques dealer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with Search Console and Ahrefs data pulled 2026-06-10.
PRECISION FENCEWORKS · GEORGIA FENCING
Second in the Athens map pack and third organic, named by three of the four major assistants with Perplexity giving them as its first pick. First organic in Alpharetta and third in the map pack there, beaten on distance and not on trust signals. 87 AI mentions across 72 cited pages, and 631 Precision Fenceworks reviews at a 4.9 average.
In Atlanta the same client has no reachable map presence against 100,000-plus impressions in sixteen months. Their pin sits in Alpharetta, proximity decides the Google map pack, and no page moves a building. In Lawrenceville they hold page one organic with zero map presence.
Precision Fenceworks works Athens, Alpharetta, Atlanta and Gwinnett. It is a home-services company, so this record is the closest thing on our site to a home-services proof, and it is one company in one state.
FIRESIDE ANTIQUES · LOUISIANA
Five of eight tracked core terms ranking strong, with dining tables, armoires, mirrors and coffee tables all recovered to first position after a ranking dip.
A national eCommerce catalogue, not a local service business, which is why it sits here as evidence of method and not as a forecast for a contractor.
Neither of the two published clients is a home-services GEO agency, and neither is a client we won from a list like the ones above.
What we cannot show either: revenue, lead volume and job values for Precision Fenceworks, and sales and revenue for Fireside Antiques. Neither client’s permission covers it. So we cannot tell you whether this visibility became money, and we would rather say that than let a chart imply it. Two clients is not a large portfolio and we are not going to present it as one.
What we would claim, and what we would not
We sell this work, which is why there is no ranked list on this page for us to sit at the top of. What we would say for ourselves is narrow.
Our measurement protocol is published in full before you pay anything: which questions get asked, how personalisation is controlled, the exact calculation, how repeat runs are handled and where the method breaks down.
We work from one office in Atlanta, we do not claim offices we do not have, and who actually does the work is on the record.
We publish two client results because two clients have given us written permission, and on one of those the market has not moved the way we wanted and the page says so. Our floor is $3,500 a month, published, and most engagements sit at $5,500.
Against the firms named above, several have been in home services far longer than we have and know those trades more deeply. If you want a roofing specialist with sixteen years in roofing, one of them is a better call than we are. What we will not do is publish a table with a column only we can win, and then put ourselves at the top of it.
What does SEO and AI visibility cost for a home-services company?
Mindflow Marketing publishes every rate. A Visibility Check is free. A Local Visibility Audit is $3,500 to $7,500 and credits against your first invoice if you start a monthly partnership within 30 calendar days of delivery. The monthly partnership starts at $3,500 a month on a 90-day initial term, then runs month to month. No setup fee and no annual contract.
The credit caps at that first invoice and does not carry forward. At the bottom of the range a $3,500 audit against a $3,500 first month costs you nothing if you continue. At the top, a $7,500 audit against a $3,500 first month credits $3,500 and the remainder is spent. We would rather you ran that sum at your own desk than found it on an invoice.
The full ladder, with what sits inside each tier, is on the pricing page.
Start with the free checkWhich trades and markets does Mindflow Marketing serve?
Mindflow Marketing works from Atlanta and serves companies across Georgia, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. Inside Georgia that means Atlanta and the Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett and Forsyth suburbs around it, along with Alpharetta, Athens, Marietta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Lawrenceville, Savannah and Augusta.
The trades: roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fencing, garage door and remodeling, plus high-value legal, specialty healthcare and considered-purchase eCommerce.
The common thread is deal value: one won job has to pay for months of the work, or the arithmetic does not close. One company per metro in each service category, so a market fills and then it is closed.
Statewide context sits in the Georgia market notes, and the trade hub is home services. The companion category page is best AI visibility agencies.
GEO agencies for home services: fair questions
Why is there no ranking on this page?
The research did not support one. The agency named most often in this category had no generative engine optimization service on its own site when we checked on 28 July 2026, and several of the agencies that do have one appear on almost none of the lists. Publishing a ranking would have meant repeating that error with our name on it.
Is generative engine optimization for home services a real thing?
The demand is real and measurable, and it shows up differently in every market we work in. The agency category is roughly six months old and mostly unformed. Several genuine trade-specific practices exist, most of them small, and their service pages date from the first half of 2026. The table above names the ones we could check.
Should I hire the agency ranked highest on those lists?
Check the service page first. The lists are topped by their own publishers, and several of the firms ranked immediately below them, including the most-listed name in the category, do not sell generative engine optimization as a named service. That is a ten-minute check and it changes the shortlist. Do the same check on us.
You named competitors on this page. Why?
A page about who does this work is worthless without names, and everything here is a checkable statement about a public web page on a stated date rather than a judgement about anyone's quality. If one of these agencies has since published a service page, the observation about them is out of date and we would rather be corrected than vague.
How often will this be updated?
This one will move faster than most of our pages, because the category is young. The sourcing date is at the top. Our own Share of Answer measurement is scored quarterly, and this page is on a separate clock from that. If you find a page we described that has since changed, tell us and we will re-check it and date the change.
